Did a job not certified for, contaminated our whole house with asbestos, health dpt, locked us out till abetment was done, now a year later abetment co says we owe $90k because they can't locate Marshall. Already cost us over $20k in losses. This man is scumm!! Health dept closed 13 citations, each up to $10k in fines, because they couldn't locate him.??? They stole food from the deep freezer leaving it open ruining top 2 shelves of food and drank our beer, they used our hot tub!! They snooped in every room in the house. Over a year later and not close to be back to normal. Enrique, Jordan and Cesar all did this!!

It was an awful experience, the help Marshall hired when they did show up they were never on time. I constantly had to call and confirm when someone would be working on my house. Marshall was extremely unprofessional, he was paid for services that were never completed. I have attached a photo to how my bathroom shower was left. Marshall did not water proof my shower, when confronted about it he told me not to worry. The individuals that Marshall brought to work on my house all had lengthy criminal records and seemed to be under the influence. Marshalls partner Cesar took money for jobs he never completed. They both were extremely unprofessional and made me as a young female feel uncomfortable in my own home. It took Marshall and his colleagues over 3 months to make significant progress on my bathroom and near the end they just stopped showing up all together. I have reported Marshall and his company to the Better Business Bureau to prevent others from having this atrocious experience.

Fantastic. I called other installers first, and didn't even get a reply. Marshall responded promptly to my request and was able to fit me in. He even made and extra trip for me, back and forth from my house to Menards, to double check that they were cutting the right size. Marshall was friendly, professional and prompt. The price charged was more than fair. We have more flooring replacement needs, and will definitely be returning to Guy Flooring.

It went well - Marshall and his crew were great to work with. Able to work around our schedules, and had great/fair pricing after calling about 4 other contractors for quotes on our work. He also came back to ensure everything settled right and was up to his/our expectations and standards. I will be using Guy Flooring again for other projects!

They did a nice job. Their price knocked the pants off of any flooring company. It was high quality carpet and the price was tremendous. The owner is Marshall Guy. I was real pleased with them. He has just started in the past year. They were prompt and the work was performed to my expectations. I can't say enough about the price.
