Description of Work: My roof was damaged in March 2011. I signed a contract to get my roof fixed on 6/21/2011. I sent a check for $ 4229.48( according to contract terms) on 7/15/2011. After a few no call no show on Aspens part, I recieved a call the night before informing me the roofing crew would be here in the morning.I had to scramble to move a couple of cars,and a trailer. The roo s broke my tv dish and tried to hide it after they used roofing glue on it. The dumpster that was to be at the site was not delivered for 2 more days.therefore my yard was full of nails THAT WE PICKED UP When I asked when the gutters were being installed,The sales rep. told me " You didnt listen,Itold you it was a separet group." When I called the company to voice my concerns Iwas told I had not paid for the gutters. Isent a check in for the amount that I was told to. I wrote a negative report on Aspens website and recieved a call from a man who said he was one of the owners and that he would take care of it. well surprise surprise, NOTHING. I cancelled the gutters, expecting my gutter money back instead I got a bill for MORE money. The sales rep. would lear at my nieghbor . That is almost sexual harassment.

 + -1 moreThe sales representatives that came out for an initial estimate seemed to be knowledgeable and very thorough. They were the third company that we had come and look at our house to give us an estimate and they noted things that had sustained hail damage that the other two companies had not noticed or taken the time to determine the extent of the damage. They were very flexible in scheduling to meet with the insurance company adjuster. The roof was replaced when they said it would be done and the crew was good about cleaning up and making sure there was no mess left in the yard. It took a month for the custom windows to be delivered, which the company said it would take that long and they kept us informed as to the progress. Once the windows arrived, the work was done on time and then the siding and facia were replaced. We had the normal punch list of items to follow up on and the company was very responsive to get the items addressed based on our schedules.
Description of Work: We had hail damage and needed to have the roof, the entire house siding replaced along with the facia and several custom windows replaced. In addition we had 2 garage doors and a railing that needed to be replaced. As long as this work was being done, we also had an estimate to have gutters installed. The contract was to complete the work per the insurance company estimate.

 + -1 moreAndy La Bine was our rep and was a great help throughout the entire process of having our roof and siding replaced after having storm damage last Sept. He and the sub contractors were always on time and did a great job. The roof looks great. The roofing crew completed the entire tear-off and re-roof in less than two days. Our neighbors hired a different company during the same time, and took a whole week!

 + -1 moreThe roofing crew was very fast and professional. They completed the entire roof in 1 day. Cleaned everything up and only left a full dumpster. We would definitely use them again. Insurance would not cover the entire cost of the roof. Scott worked with us to get the roof done as well as replace the broken windows. We will report on the window replacement when it is completed.

 + -1 moreIt felt great that Aspen Exteriors, an expert in roofing, represented us the home owner. Joe handled everything from beginning to the end. The crew that installed the roof was polite and very busy. They cleaned the area throughout and at the end of each day. (The complete project took less than two days). The shrubs around the house were unharmed as well as the landscaping. Excellent job.
Description of Work: The roof on our house experienced damage in September 2005 due to a hail storm and two tornadoes in the area. Our insurance company inspected our roof after the storm and stated that our roof was not damaged. Two months later, the roof on our house began leaking in the upstairs. I contacted Aspen Exteriors for two reasons. First, they are a local company and second, they advertise in our church bulletin. I spoke with Joe Jelinek, from Aspen Exteriors, and made an appointment for him to come out and inspect our roof. Within two days of my initial call, he inspected our roof and determined that there was hail damage. Within five days of informing our insurance company that Aspen Exteriors inspected our roof and stated that their was hail damage, they agreed to replace the roof.
