My wife and I worked with Arthur Grant to first purchase a piece of raw land to build a new home. The realtor was knowledgeable about the complexities of buying raw land and put together a purchase agreement that limited our risk. The entire process was handled well by the realtor and the close occurred as scheduled. After the land purchase, we worked with Arthur Grant to sell our existing home. The realtor performed a market analysis to inform us what a realistic price would be for our home. He suggested improvements we could make to appeal to prospective buyers. Once the house was listed it sold within a day and the close occurred as expected. Not sure we could have asked for a better outcome!
