Description of Work: Mold abatement; demolition and removal of drywall and other affected materials according. Quality overall good; we needed to discuss a few details that were not attended to as well as other aspects of the work. Overall very pleased.

+ -1 moreEverything went very well, with a few interruptions for weather. He was very attentive to details, and everything looks and functions great. He even re-caulked some windows he noticed were in need without charging me.
Description of Work: replaced section of siding, underlayment, soffit & fascia damaged by improper water runoff. Fixed roof with flashing and diverter to prevent recurrence. Installed gutter covers. Power-washed & stained deck and redwood playground equipment.
