We bought our softener from them several years ago. It has been the best we've had. They deliver our bottled water monthly and also put the salt in the softener for us. Very friendly, helpful and always on time. They also sanitize our water dispenser on a regular basis. Price is excellent for all they do for us.

Our old water softener finally died. We called Eco Water - who we had worked with before. They came out promptly and inspected our old unit and offered us the option of trying to fix it or buy a new one. We decided on a new unit. Their price of $1,500.00 installed with removal of the old unit seemed a little high since that is about what we paid for the original unit and prices should be going down. However we knew the quality of their work plus they were here and ready to go. The installation went just fine and was completed in one day.

They were very professional and helpful. We continue to use their services for delivering salt and filters. Very cost conscious.

We have had a water softener and reverse osmosis system from Ecowater for many years (10?), the condition of both is excelllent and our service from them over the years has been excellent. Today I had water softener salt delivered and two new reverse osmosis cartridges delivered by Chris. He brings in the 50lb bags into the basement, fills the softener and stacks the extra bags. They are very quick to respond, Chris called to see if I would be home, and adjusted his schedule to accomodate me. He has checked our water quality and been very honest and fair with his recommendations on the most economical way to maintain the reverse osmosis system. We have LOVED having the filtered water available at the sink and they also ran an additional line to our refridgerator so we have the chilled water filtered as well.

Chris was right on time. Called the day prior to the appointment and left message indicating he was going to be at the house at appointment time. Very professional. He fixed my water softener right away, (easy fix for him) but more importantly he answered all of my water questions. He also mentioned to call him with any other question I may have in the future. Well worth the money just for the education. I fix most things myself, but water softeners are a new one to me so its good to know I can call and ask questions in the future. Plus he didn't try to sell me a new system even though me mention that my was under sized (and I agree that it is).

Chris was very pleasant, informative, and didn't pressure us into buying a new unit. Was willing to see if he could get the old unit (16 years old) up and running first. He left saying our unit could last 5-10 years more. We were happy to not have to spend the $2500 on a new unit just yet. Very happy with the service, and will definitely use them again in the future.

Jon came out and told me what I needed and didn't need. He talked me out of buying a $200 add on that I really didn't need. He was courteous, professional and no nonsense. We set up a time later in the week for the installation. The installer was as nice as could be and he finished sooner than he thought he would. Our water has never been clearer or tasted better. We don't need to worry about PFC's. I had the water independently tested after installation and it came back perfectly clear water. I highly recommend the Metro South Ecowater team. We were introduced to Ecowater Systems at the Eagan Home and Leisure show. We made arrangements for an in home estimate the following week. The sales rep, Roger, came to our home. He looked over our current system and noticed the cold water to the kitchen sink was hard, not soft water. He also discussed how a new system would be installed and what modifications would need to be made. He reviewed the system options available, listened to our concern regarding the taste of the water from the tap and made a recommendation. He gave us a quote for the price. We asked if we could have a few days to consider the system and the price. He was very accommodating. He said we could and that the price would remain the same. He was polite, seemed knowledgeable and did not pressure us to buy during his visit. This impressed us because of experiences with some other companies who gave us their best price and accompanying incentives only the night of the original offer. We chose Ecowater.
