Awesome! I was so impressed. We had a stuck valve in our timer that was keeping the softener from working. He had a used but working part in his truck that he sold us for very little money and it's been working great ever since. Rather than sell us a whole new unit like I'm sure many would have done, Chris fixed our problem at very low cost and got it going again. Thank you so much for being honest and trustworthy. I'd not hesitate to call him again should we need any further service.

Everything about Tri County was great from the first contact. I had various issues with my softener from the panel not working, salt not being consumed, and drain issues. On the phone, I was told that they could get out and take a look that next week and it should take < 30 minutes, meaning I wouldn't be charged extra. Sure enough, after about 25 minutes (chatting included), all of my issues were fixed and they were on their way. I would highly recommend using Tri County Water.

Provider came out to check my water softener. While on site they found I had a bad fill valve in a toilet. Because water was running (only a trickle) continually through the toilet it was preventing my water softener from keeping up with keeping the water soft. In addition, the technician found that the resin in my water softener was bad. It had started to gel and was reducing my water pressure an also not working efficiently to soften my water. Technician came back several days later and changed out the resin and my system works fine now.

I was concerned with the quality of my water softener, having seen mineral deposits on my kitchen faucet so used an Angie's List coupon of a well-recommended company. He came and checked it out and assured me all was fine. He explained that most times the kitchen cold water supply is NOT treated due to most people's preference, thus the minor deposits. He was knowledgeable and courteous and I would definitely use this company again.

Chris was great- I expected to have to replace our water softener when he arrived. We briefly thought we would be able to make a repair, but no go. Chris did a great job of lining up a new water softener for us for the next day. We were not charged for the service call and they threw in a few extra bags of salt because we were Angie's List members. Chris was respectful and careful in our house. The job was done quickly and with no mess. Only complaint was the initial service was scheduled for 10:30-11:30. I called at 11:30 to get an idea of timing and was told that the first job was running over. As I was home from work waiting, it would have been helpful to have more timely notification of that. But I would not hesitate to hire these guys again!

I was looking to purchase a water softener and Eco Water was one of the companies I looked at. Jason came out to my house and gave a thorough testing of the water, including hardness & chlorination. eco water's system was neither the most expensive nor least expensive system I looked at, but I liked it best because I had space limitations and the softener and dechlorinator was all in one unit. Nice warranty compared to another company I looked at and no ongoing maintenance. Jason even followed up the day after install. This was also the only company who told me about the permit requirement for my city and the fee and inspection. I've had the unit a few weeks and it's made a difference.

The woman who answered the phone was friendly and helpful. The repair person was on time, friendly, professional, and answered all of my questions. The water softener was leaking intermittently, and he located the problem and showed it to me. He replaced the parts, and the softener no longer leaks.

They maintain our sprinkler system. They arrive on time and do what they say they are going to do. The price is reasonable.

They’re friendly. They’re polite on the phone. It’s a smaller company and I like that. They always have the same guy who delivers the salt. I certainly can’t lift the big bags of salt. They know that I can’t do that and they’ll offer to bring it in and put it in for me. This company has been just great. It looks like the last time when I had work done was I had to have it serviced. There was something wrong with the tank itself and they had to take some part. They had trip charge for that when they actually had the service. They had a labor charge. They brought the resonant tank back to re-bed the water softener and put it in the tank. It was something about the O-ring, brought back, and installed it. They had to pick up the tank, bring it there and do something with it back and forth and take care of the resonant and add three more bags of salt. This was more of expensive one because of the labor and stuff too. It was 11 years old at that time. I like that they have consistent people coming out. Especially I am alone in the house. I don’t want some strangers coming into my house working on things. It’s important to me that I had somebody that’s recommend or that I trust. They’ve always been very good. Most of the time they will deliver the salt but they will go ahead and put it in, if you tell them and they don’t charge anything for that or at least they haven’t charged me because I’ve been doing it for a long time. I think that they’ll probably do it for anybody.

Tri County Water promptly scheduled an appointment for an estimate. The agent arrived early and was swift in reviewing my needs and preparing an estimate. Greg was very friendly and helpful answering all my questions and reviewing the specifications for the installation. They were able to install the system a week later as requested. The installer arrived promptly and got to work. He had to run a water line from the water heater to the treatment system that resulted in a portion of that line being visible. He did an excellent job of ensuring that the holes in the wall and the pipe location were minimal and discreet. He then cleaned up the work area thoroughly and was done in about an hour. Only after I goofed up on the payment did I go to their Prior Lake office to settle up. One of the owners, Renee, was there and handled my payment. She was just as friendly and helpful as Greg. I am thrilled with my water system and the service. I would not hesitate to recommend Tri County Water or to call them myself.

It went well. Nice to work with. They gave us permission to talk to any other company as we were considering which company to purchase from, and they would still give us their best price, unlike others who would only give us their best price the day they talked with us the first time. Their confidence in their product was an added selling point. We haven't been disappointment. On rare occasions there is a salty taste if we haven't run the water for an extended time, but it is short lived. They tested the water and everything checked out. We used to use 80 lbs of salt a month now we use less than that in 6 months.

The technician made arrangements to deliver the salt. He showed up when he said he would. He filled the tank and neatly stacked the next round of salt bags next to my softener.

There are several filters that need changing during the year and they are expensive.

I had 6 bags delivered. I have had them do this for me for the past 10 years. They are always very helpful and courteous. Wonderful company.

We installed a new water softener system and it went very well.
