Description of Work: Adjusting and resetting our soft water system. We purchased it through them when we built our home, and we have really lousy water. They keep it running perfectly ,as well as the reverse osmosis system, It's great not having to buy bottled water, it all works great. Super fast on service calls the few time we've needed them. Great company!

+ -1 moreChris did a great job, is very knowledgeable and professional. Nice to be able to get a few more years out of a 22 yr old unit. I thought the parts were pretty expensive, but that appears to be an issue with EcoWater systems in general.

Description of Work: Had them come to analyze my water softener and quality so I could determine if any additional filtration system is needed. Currently I only have an in-refrigerator carbon filter.

+ -1 moreFirst, the RO filters are very expensive and need to be replaced annually. Second, first they told me to change out two of the three...but...advised me to change the first two filters...that did not work as you need to change both the front and back and not the center one ...every 5 years...so it was a bit of a hassle so just be aware. They were professional but the poor communication from the initial call made this harder than it needed to be.
Description of Work: They originally installed both the home water softener and RO system in my new home. It has been maintenance since then and needed to replace the filter on the RO system.

+ -1 moreNot well. The repair man was prompt and polite. He did not however fix the problem (the unit was not drawing in the salty water to regenerate). None the less I wound up paying over $300 for work that fixed nothing.
Description of Work: I hired them to fix my water softener. After several trips and over $300 in repair bills the softener still was NOT regenerating. After over a month of unsoftened water I finally bought a unit from another company.

He also showed me that some other pieces were wearing, but did not need replacing at this time. He answered all of my questions and was very friendly and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Great job!
Description of Work: Water softener was continually running. Chris came out and looked at the softener and determined the brine valve needed replacement. He showed me what he was going to do, told me what it would cost and did the repair in a timely matter.
