Description of Work: We had them install our water softner years ago and still use them to deliver salt. Its nice having them bring it right into where your softner is and fill it. They provide feedback to best use our softner if something is noticed.

Description of Work: I've been using EcoWater Systems of Prior Lake or Tri-County Water Conditioning for several years, specifically to purchase replacement filters for my EcoWater Reverse Osmosis system (pre/post filters & membrane) and parts for my EcoWater water softener. I first used them when my water softener failed and I needed to get replacement parts. I brought in the broken drive disk and bought the replacement parts (from stock) along with the filters for the matching RO system. I have also purchased the ResUp system to help remove the heavy iron in our water from the softener resin bed. I have been purchasing RO (Pre/Post) filters and ResUp Chemical from them a couple times each year.

Description of Work: WOW! From beginning to end I was so impressed with Tri-County. Our softner was cycling constantly. I called the name brand company. I was not willing to spend 149.00 just to walk in the door. I searched Angie's list. Came across Tri-County. Renee was so pleasant and willing/and wanting to help us. She sent Chris,the technician out on the next service call that was in our IGH area. If it was something they could not fix, she would not charge us. The only thing that needed to be done was to reprogram all the settings. $69 compared to $200.....more importantly they treated us like family. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TRI COUNTY
