Description of Work: Used Angie's deal to get a landscape design for the backyard. They were easy to work with and informative.

Description of Work: They were the sub contractors who put in a large window in our kitchen. They did a fine job and put in new siding under the window.

Description of Work: Carl at Timberland provided us with a Big Deal landscaping consultation, which consisted of Carl coming to the house to view the space and then providing a Landscape Plan, Plant Legend, and Planting Palette. He was prompt and great to work with throughout the process. We have implemented many of Timerberland's suggestions in the last year.

Description of Work: Carl Gillies was invited to visit our Condominium 13 acre landscape to give us a bid on creating a Landscape Design. He was very responsive to our special needs as an Association. He very patient to the protocol of decision making and was very collaborative. He spent over an hour walking through the property, reviewing our needs and giving ideas and feedback generously. Within a week he emailed a very professional bid with a thorough description of the services he would provide in rendering the over all design. His bid was very appropriate and reasonable. Another bidder, who had a business in the immediate area was also very professional and had an identical bid. It was the decision to award the contract to our local provider. We were very impressed with Carl's professionalism and personality. We will be considering him for future projects. Sarah Colleran

Description of Work: I used this company to draw up a plan for us. He was very nice and on time. I told him exactly what I wanted and he was I think disapointed in my selection of plants. As the front of our home has red brick it is hard to match it with brick for a walk way and patio.. However we have a lot of red brick without holes that we wanted to use for this purpose this would also be cost effective for us and good for the environment to use what we had. I specified I wanted a Swedish garden with blue and yellow flowers... some white would have been fine. When the plan was completed it didn't have any of our brick and the plant selection was way off with color and quanity. Also there was not any place for our flag pole. I was disapointed in the plan and did not use them to go forward with any work. I didn't bother them with a price as it was not at all what I wanted. I just don't think he listened to me and if he did, he did what he wanted and not what I wanted in the plan.

Description of Work: They were wonderful. The designer came out and spoke with me about what we wanted to do. He looked at our house and was able to quickly outline a few ideas. Very knowledgeable and professional!

Description of Work: We bought the ""Big Deal"" for a Landscape plan and we were very pleased with the result. We haven't begun the work due to time of year but were very happy with the ideas provided and the overall plan. Will definitely consider using Timberland again for future landscape needs.

Description of Work: Appointment was for 8 a.m. arrived 10 minutes early. He never asked me what my needs were, and didn't give me an opportunity to tell him. He said I have something beautiful in mind for you. The plan he sent was very elaborate, expensive, and did not fit my life style. I was looking for something attractive with minimum maintenance .
