They are not flexible with their cleaning schedules. One of the owners was very rude. They said because we want to flex our schedule they were not a match for us.

They were thorough and professional! The 2-person team arrived on time and got to work right away. The house looked great when they were done. We decided to go with a monthly cleaning instead of on an as-needed basis since their prices were so reasonable.

They were fantastic!! The house looks so great! The faucets and appliances sparkle, and the bath looks new again. They were incredibly thorough and cleaned areas so well, I didn't think it could look this good! They were on time and very professional. I would hire them again.

I had received a flyer from Tidy Touch. I went to their web site and I was impressed with the detail that their cleaning services provided and the clear cut pricing quoted on their site. I left a voice mail for Christina, one of the two owners, her voice mail stated that she would call back within the hour (which she did!) and we scheduled a cleaning for the very next week. She quoted a price site unseen because their pricing is simply based on number of bedrooms - simple, easy, predictable. Christina and Keesha (the two owners) showed up at my house promptly at 9am and got to work. They showed up in a professional looking vehicle, wore professional looking attire and had very professional looking cleaning supplies and equipment. Never before has my house been so clean. Their attention to detail and thoroughness almost outmatches mine! They cleaned every little crook and cranny. I truly couldn't have been more impressed (and for a very reasonable price!!). I would definitely recommend Tidy Touch to others!
