Professional and quick to reply.

Hired them but work wont be done till October. Can not give a final review till work is done.

First day cleaning was not that great, only one person came for the service without proper ladder and assistant for help. Reported to the contract and arranged a new crew the next week and completed the job without any issues.

I would like to see it a little cheeper. I had three other calls that were around $ 100.00 or less. so I got a couple people trying them to see how they do. hopefully if they do good we might have to try them. We will see. Thanks.

Subzero was fabulous - my windows are cleaner than when they were new!!! They took all of the screens outside to scrub, spray-rinse, and dry. They then washed all of the outside windows, then the inside windows and the sills, etc. When they were nearly done, I asked "now just to put the screens back in?" They were already in!! They were very neat, no mess, very friendly to work with. I couldn't be more pleased with the results!

They were on time, also letting me know they were on their way. The team lead came to the door and explained what they needed of me, and later also explained more about their process. They were very nice and personable.

I will not recommend them to anyone! The salesman was nice but the person who showed up to do the job was almost two hours early when he was early and I am glad I was home! He said they told me this is an emergency! I said why would power wash be emergency? He did the job but left such a mess behind and did not bother to clean up!

They did a great job getting the windows clean, and also scrubbed the screens. You might want to ask what they would charge to clean out the sliders if you have sliding windows.

Ian not only did an exceptional job cleaning my windows but he was also so nice and very professional. It was about 21 degrees when Ian came, it was so cold but he still took his time and my windows are so clean, they just look great. I plan to have Ian back in the spring. Thank you Ian!
