It went amazing. Best group you could ask for. From start to finish they exceeded my expectations. To be honest, I’m a perfectionist and a tough sell but dang, they sure out did themselves. Thanks for all you do and did. Highly recommend!!!

The process went great. We had an older small driveway. We widened and had the rest re done. Very pleased with the outcome and the price. We had 5 estimates and South Suburban was by far the best.

No pressure, reasonably priced. Professional, quick and thorough. Ironically our kids, in-law and good friend all went through them, and we did not even talk or plan that, and all are pleased. Been in our house for 20+ years and other than regular maintenance, first time full replacement. Very pleased!!

The process from start to finish was communicated professionally. All my questions/worries were answered. Both teams (rip out and asphalt) did a great job. I recommended them to my neighbor who is using them which tells you all you need to know.

I had just under 11k square feet of driveway done. The entire team did an excellent job. The gravel team came out exactly when they said they would and were done in the allotted time. We had about a 3 day delay with the asphalt crew due to a scheduling conflict but other than that I was very happy with the quality of work and they were able to meet our deadline. Highly recommend!

Great service received driveway looks great.

I was very impressed with our new driveway. When they dug up our old one they were able to straighten it and get rid of a patch of grass separating our twin homes. I was also impressed by how fast they were at ripping up our old driveway and laying the new one. The guys were all so nice and respectful and this was the best price we found while comparing 5 other companies. The new driveway looks great and we are excited we were able to get rid of our old driveway that was such an eyesore in our neighborhood.

Everything went very smooth and fast. They came in to tear-out on a Tuesday and laid and paved the asphalt on a Wednesday. The work was all clean, neat, and professional.

South Suburban did a fabulous job on my asphalt driveway replacement. Great communication and advice on how to care for a new driveway laid in 90 degree weather. Also, tremendous attention to detail in their workmanship. Several neighbors have commented on how professional the final product looks.

Project went well. There was some rain in between the tear out and repave so it took a couple weeks to finish but they communicated well. There was a small flaw in one spot and they immediately addressed the issue. I would recommend them to anyone!

Horrible company to deal with. Unprofessional, unreliable, unresponsive. Would never recommend this company. Down payment till job was done was 6 months with many delays. Company did not communicate well about how the job would be done. Left 5 voicemails and never got a call back. Payment was requested before the guys were even done with the job. Refused to give us a discount due to leaving bad review. Not worth the stress and hassle - would highly NOT recommend

Wow. What a horrible experience. I was insulted and told I needed to replace not only all the asphalt, but all the base under the asphalt because I have allegatoring after 25 years. I was told that I should want to have it "done right" living in "that big house and driving that nice Audi." Felt like a roadside shakedown!

Only two years later we started to see signs of deterioration. After six years the apron needed to be significantly repaired and eventually replaced in year eight. When I contacted Suburban about the damage and subsequent repairs they came to look and said that whoever did the work did not setup the foundation correctly. When I told the salseman that it was his company and that HE was the salesman at the time of the initial repair (I showed him his signature on the original work order) he stammered about having to talk to the boss and headed for his truck. The next thing I new he took off and did not return. Repeated attempts to reach him along with a certified letter to the owner Glen Johnson brought no response I had the reparis completed by another company and four years later they are still holding up. Stay away from this company!!!

The work began on the day they promised and was completed on time. I was sitting on our front porch late one day when one of the workers who was finishing up for the day, came to introduce himself. To my surprise it was Glenn the owner of South Suburban. He was the hardest worker on the crew and it gave me comfort to know he was in charge. I was able to be home while the work was going on and was able to see each step of the installation. They surpassed my expectations. I highly recommend South Suburban Asphalt!

It went very well. They were very knowledgeable and did a very thorough job. They are a small firm and they came as soon as they could. They did an excellent job. If they needed to go down two inches they went down three so the quality of their work was A+. They came back and sealed it at the right time and did a beautiful job. They were very thorough and very good at what they did. They were very nice and easy to talk to. They were considerate and cleaned up. We would recommend them. The pricing was very good and compared to others we were pleased with the price. We shopped around and they were lower so we were nervous at first. We would absolutely use them again.
