Steve and his crew provided excellent service. He was prompt in returning my calls and answering my questions. The quality of the work was excellent. The crew was neat with the work area and home. The one bad thing was that the neatness and consideration did not extend to my outdoors. They parked their supply truck right in front of a large perennial garden; even though, there was other convenient parking and then proceeded to trample the plants. The plants will show distress into next year. That being said, I would use Steve again and discuss this with him prior to the work being done.

We had post-water damage sheet rock repair needed on a portion of a ceiling in one of our bathrooms, as well as a re-do of the knock-down finish/painting in both the bathroom and the adjoining hallway (which was previously patched). The estimate was done in a timely fashion, and the repair was also scheduled within a short time frame. The work crew protected the walls and other surfaces very will, removed items from the rooms that needed to be removed, and did a thorough clean up when they were finished. The final look of the 2 ceilings is excellent; we cannot tell where the patching was done in either ceiling. We intend to repaint the bathroom walls when finished, but even so there was little undo painting to the walls adjoining the patch in the ceiling. I would recommend Steve Schroeder and his work crew for your sheet rock and finishing needs.

Steve and his crew showed up on time and did the job in a timely manner. Good friendly crew, good quality work. Their job prep and cleanup were much appreciated.

Very professional reliable contractor. They did a great job and we only paid what was quoted.
