Great job. Done in 1 day. So reasonable in price compared to 5 other quotes plus they have been in business for like 30 yrs.

Went great. Got a quote in May and they told me they were behind and it would be 6-8 weeks until they could do it. Great communication in between those weeks and got a a call within 6 weeks. Started first thing Monday morning and completed the whole job in 5 hrs with 6 workers and multiple trucks and equipment. They are a family wowed prior lake business and have been in business for over 40yrs. I got over 7 quotes and Weber and Radloff were significantly cheaper than all the other bids by 40%.

It went very smoothly. (No pun intended.) There really isn't a need for all that many details, as it went very well and the way you would expect. For those of you, who want to hire someone who doesn't need to be supervised (babysat), then this company would be a good selection. The only problem had nothing to do with Radloff and Weber. We have deer who like to roam and explore at night. Shortly after the drive-way was poured, deer decided to walk across it. Thankfully, the asphalt had set enough, that they just left faint foot prints.

The workers actually arrived 30 minutes ahead of schedule and were ready to roll on time. Excellent service and best value for the services rendered out of 6 bids. Very happy with the driveway. We also had friends use this company earlier this summer and they were also very happy.

John (owner) and a crew of 5 arrived on the day and time they were scheduled. The tear-out of the 25 year old driveway was well done and complete. The driveway is an irregular shape and the old original edges were poorly done and crooked. The Radloff crew laid out new edge lines and corrected all the old mistakes. The old base was analyzed, some soft spots removed and all new edges were excavated and filled with new class 5 gravel. Class 5 fill was dumped and spread over the whole driveway. It was leveled via 2 skid steer loaders and packed with a vibratory roller. This process was actually done twice (2 layers of class 5 with each one packed). The asphalt mix was a standard residential mix from a nearby plant. It was delivered via one of their trucks and laid with their Propaver that did a great job laying a uniiform thickness of ~ 3.5 to 4and quot; that was later packed with a roller to ~ 3and quot; thick. All driveway edges were angled uniformly and packed with standard hand tools. The crew worked steady the whole time they were there. All of them helped each other out when needed, so it was an impressive process to watch. John and his crew continually picked up after themselves and even brought a sweeper attachment for one of their skid steers so they could clean off the remaining debris on the street before they left, so you could hardly tell anyone had been there. The smaller roller (and operator) used for final packing stayed on the job for at least an hour after all others left and made sure that the entire driveway had been packed numerous times in various directions. Of the 5 estimates we received, Radloff was on the low end, so we were somewhat concerned what we were getting into and if there would be a lot of surcharges. They did a great job, made many improvements over the previous driveway and had no extra charges. We believe John does most of the estimating, too. He's a meticulous perfectionist in the work of his company, so don't expect a flashy, pushy salesman to show up at your door. Sales isn't his specialty.

Estimate was performed on schedule and was in-line with others received. Driveway removal was on scheduled, but due to sandy ground and dry conditions we had to go without a driveway for over a week - unexpected and the possibility not mentioned in advance. Return trip was on schedule and driveway is beautiful. Was an issue with the driveway being re-leveled in a couple of places that make the lawn much higher than the new driveway. A follow up call produced an offer to come out and scrape out the lawn ledge, but we prefer to do it ourselves.
