Description of Work: Terrible service when it comes to return calls. Called to have my driveway widened and even offered to have them do 3 other neighbors driveways. I had to call over and over again as they would never commit to a date to do the jobs or return calls. Apparently if they are not doing something big, ie. full driveways, then we are not very important or worth the money. Heather the sec has very poor customer service skills. WOULD NEVER HIRE THESE GUYS. Oh we ended up going with Radloff and Weber. Came out the very next day and did the prep and scheduled all of us thereafter. Would recommend Radloff and Weber Blacktopping.

 + -1 moreVery frustrating from my perspective. In this economy you would think you would get a better response and that companies would be hungry for your business.
Description of Work: No services performed. I got estimates from two blacktopping companies. The guy from Prior Lake kept after me to give him the business. So I did. Never heard back from the company. So I called. Dispatcher told me that they were behind and would get to me in the next couple of weeks. Never heard back.
