The owner, Mark, came to my house and went over all the problem areas. He then quickly & efficiently cleaned my carpets (leaving them almost new looking!!) and was gone within an hour. The night before my appointment, I realized that the schedule time did not work for me and I needed it pushed back an hour. I called their phone number and expected a machine since it was past "normal business hours" but I was greeted by a voice and was told it was not a problem to move the appointment. Very professional all around. Thank you!

They did a great job. Actually got my carpeting clean. That is something the other guys couldn't do. They actually did more than I paid for! I will be calling them in the future, and I recommend that others do the same.

They were fantastic - responded promptly to my initial contact and scheduled the work to be done quickly even during the busy holiday season. They came right on time and got right to work. The results are fabulous!

They showed up on time and did the work that was paid for. The quality was competent but unfortunately they aren't capable of redoing the grout only cleaning so you need to hire a second company to finish the project.

He was very nice about the misunderstanding and said he would make sure I was refunded the $149. When I didn't see it come through, I called Angie's and they said I had to initiate the refund request and they sent me this form. He was kind enough to refer me to another company who did what I wanted done.

He did a really well job. The price was pretty reasonable.

They were very professional, responsive, and it is family owned so you know you’ll get somebody who wants to do a good job. The person who came out really wanted to make sure the carpets and the floors were clean.

I used them through a deal on Angie's List. It went fine. He had a little bit of a problem with his equipment because of the temperature outside. The weather was very cold, so it was difficult to keep his equipment from freezing up. He really couldn’t do much about that. But he worked very hard and very diligently to get the job done. I paid $149 for the coupon. I paid him about $70 to put a sealer. They did a very good job. The grout got nice and clean. He was very informative and seemed to understand his business well. He explained it to me.

Went very well. Our grout was awful, and when they were done it only looked mediocre--which was way more than I thought was possible. And he used his machine to also do our bathtub, which I thought would need to be re-coated until he worked his magic.

He said he had no sealant with him. Why not? This is the company's job--isn't it? I didn't feel the service person was fully engaged in the job. Although the grout was relatively clean when he was done, I think I would look for someone else the next time to clean our grout.

Our tile and grout look new again. Mark explained everything very well before he started and did a very nice job. We will be hiring him again for carpet cleaning and tile again as needed. We used the special through Angie's List of $199 and then upgraded for another $100 to do all of the tile on our first floor.

I couldn't be happier with the work that Mark from Floor Restore did. He arrived promptly, explained the system of cleaning, gave an estimate, which was so reasonable, and then begain work. You could see the enthusiasm and pride that he took in his work. The grout and tiles on the floor were very dirty. With Floor Restore's system, our floors really do look brand new. Mark's work and attention to detail far surpassed our expectations. I will definitely use Mark's services again and recommend him to anyone who needs grout and tile cleaning!
