Excellent! They were timely, courteous and thorough. I would hire them again in a heart beat! They even got the hard water stains off my windows!

The windows look amazing and the team took an whatever it takes to get the job done approach. They were both timely and detailed as the house hadn't had the windows cleaned since it was built 4 years ago. They cleaned paint and dirt off the windows for hours ... What a world class job!!!

A crew of 3 guys came out and performed the job described. They were at the house for approximately 2 hours. They did a good job but some windows looked better than others. Also, I was a little surprised by the additional cost to actually complete the job. The special only covered about half the windows in the house. I have an average sized single family home so buyer beware.

Purchased the basic window cleaning and decided to do the entire home once he got here and provided the quote. (3 levels) Glad I did. After I placed to order on Angies List, he called me within 24 hr's to lock in the date and time. He was able to do the day I had proposed. Crew showed up, walked the job down and knocked it out. Moved required furniture to access the windows, replaced items back in their correct spot and did a final job walkdown with me once the scope of work was completed. Dave and his team did a fantastic job! This is the first time I have ever used a professional window cleaning company. I purchased a deal online and on arrival Dave quoted me a very fair price to clean all the windows in my duplex. The windows are sparkling and my tenants are thrilled! He went above and beyond by fixing some loose spline and cleaning the glass on the front doors. I will absolutely hire Excel Windows again in the future!

It was okay. They have a limit on the number window panes for $109. I just paid a little bit extra to do the rest of them. It was good service. I don't think there was anything stunning. They were very cordial. We did have to prod them a little bit to get them here but I think that was because of the distance. You're talking 40-50 miles sometimes between locations. Maybe if they're going to do it in the future, they should say we'll do these cities or suburbs. I wasn't actually at the house when they were there. I will probably not use them again.

They never returned my calls or my emails and they never did the work.

They were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating but the only problem was that they never called to confirm they were coming.

I was a little disappointed in the cost of extra charges after the deal's 10 windows were completed, and I felt this offer didn’t cover the scope of what I needed done. The quality of work was very good, however.

They came in on time and got it done. So it was a good deal. It will cost more than what you are anticipating, they charge extra per window outside the number of windows that is covered in the deal. So if you are paying per window, it is going to cost you $4 to $6. They did the job, so that was pretty good but you can probably get it done cheaper. At the end it got a little bit late.

it went fine but when they left I noticed they did not clean the tract which took me another hour to clean I believe that was included in the "big deal" Friendly & courteous - the owner and a helper

We were pleased with the glass cleaning, but in house cleanliness left dirty water on the carpet around patio door and some in other areas. We would use them again, but make requests for better protection for cleanliness.

Cleaned the outside windows on my house. Provider was willing to change the work order to do 40 exterior panes rather than 20 panes inside and out. I figured that I could clean the insides but the second floor outside windows involved more ladder work than I cared to do. Provider made that change at no extra cost. The window cleaners came one day earlier than scheduled; fortunately, I was home and the weather was very good.

I think it was about a month after I posted my disappointment that I heard from the owner. They came out and cleaned my windows and I must say, the job was excellent - I coudn't even tell I had windows - they were that clean! I still feel a bit put off about the experience since it took so long to hear from them. I'm not sure if I would want to try them again, although, like I mentioned, the windows were very clean.

I purchased this special and got one message from the service provider asking for a contact phone number. I provided my number but never heard from them despite a second message I sent asking for some contact.

It was kind of deceiving for instance a window with a top and bottom window was counted as two windows. So we didn't get many cleaned for $107.

Arrived late afternoon and completed cleaning about two hours later. It cost $55.00 extra because more windows were cleaned than was included in the contract. The vender charges sales tax on his work and also on the $109.00 of the original Angie's list contract, which I later found out from the State Revenue Dep't is not taxable. So the contractor owes me $8.00.

Communication and scheduling issues.

It went very well. The two guys who did the job were very nice and very good at what they do. They gave options to upgrade our package but were not pushy.

No contact after 2 voice mail and 2 emails. It's a dud.

They were prompt and got in and out. They did a great job.

buyer beware. call to get final price before you commit!!

they never contacted me even after I emailed, called and waited 2 weeks ,,,never set up a date for service, never heard a word from them- very frustrating.
