Did and excellent job in a timely manner.

Well at 3:15 the manager calls, saying "the truck broke down. We will see what we can do. We will call you as soon as possible". Sounded a little bit like "we have too many things on the schedule and might not make it to your place", but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. At close to 5:00 pm I still had not heard from anybody. I called the office again, saying I was waiting to hear from the manager. Hmm, nobody knew anything about a broken van. So I point blank asked the office staff if this was real or just B.S about the truck. She hesitated, and then stated she really did not know (again the office staff was very polite, no complaints there). She offered to contact the manager and then told me he mentioned over the phone we would have to reschedule for sometime in July... no explanation given. I then stated if he was be interested in my business he would have to contact me and explain the situation (I am well aware that I had already paid for the service through "Living Social", so I am the one who is at a loss here, but I was too ticked off). Needless to say, I never heard back from the manager or anybody else. Well at this point I feel the $59 will be a loss. I will know better for next time. But I don't even want to deal with a company that appears to be less than honest in dealing with a customer. I really felt a lack of respect. A simple phone call saying: "we screwed up and scheduled too many appointments for this day, a brief apology and/or a reschedule not a month later but rather a few days later would have done it. Very disappointing.

not only were they on time, they were a little early. Windows look great and they were done in about an hour. Will use again next year for sure

After some confusion in scheduling, Dave and partner cleaned my windows and informed me that my gutters were full. I appreciated this guidance and their ability to stay later to remedy the problem.

The provider never confirmed the service time. I happened to be home, so it worked. The cleaning was well done. I think a little pricey, but well done.

They were courteous, timely and professionally friendly. the work was completed quickly.They gave a fair estimate and made sur I agreed to the price before starting.

They washed the windows as requested.

The windows sparkle. The young men washing the windows were very polite and efficient in getting the work done quickly.

The service was for 40 panes of glass + screens. They were supposed to tell my wife my wife when they reached 40. They didn't and did another 40 panes. Then she given a bill for an additional $160 + tax (40 panes x $3 a pane) The math was wrong. When I called the owner he was very good . We agreed on a fair adjustment.

They contacted us via Angie's list to schedule. Then they followed up using the phone number we wanted them to use. We had to reschedule due to the Memorial Day holiday, and they got us in right after that at a time of day that worked for us. Everything was completed to high quality. The pressure washing is an hourly rate service, but they worked efficiently and quickly anyway, even though they would make less money. They were careful of our extensive landscaping planting, and they made no mess at all. They checked with us when they were done to make sure we were happy with the service. Finally, were were given a bill that made sense. Because we had the Angie's list deal and a Groupon, we actually only had to pay sales tax. It was great. They did our siding and windows last year, too, and we will have them back next year.

Excel was very responsive in setting up a time to come out and do the cleaning. They were kind and respectful and arrived on time and did quick work. Their 'per window' cost wasn't immediately clear, leading to a B rating. A window is per pane, and per side, which wasn't clearly represented and led to more cost than the original $109 per window deal. All in all the price was still very reasonable, we just wish that the initial deal as represented on Angie's List was more clear. Would definitely do business with Excel again.

This is a TERRIBLE offer. It is misleading and the provider was not very friendly. The deal stated "valid for interior and exterior cleaning of up to 20 windows, (20 windows equals 40 panes)", yet when they came to clean they counted the exterior and interior of a window pane as 2 panes. Their excuse for not being more specific on the offer was that Angie's List only gives them so much space to write the offer details. This is a ridiculous excuse for such a misleading offer. I would not recommend them to anyone and I am even upset with Angie's List for not doing a better job screening their service providers and the offers they promote. It also took for ever to schedule a service date, only to get bad service.

The windows they cleaned were done well, but they didn't have the right equipment to clean some of the windows. This hadn't been a problem with other window washers I've used in the past, so I was disappointed that they weren't able to do it. Also, I've never had a window washer stand on my furniture in order to clean the windows - so I thought that was a little unprofessional. But they were fast and efficient, and the windows they cleaned look good.

Bought the bargain on Angie's list. 20 windows for $109. Actually not the window, it was the window panes. Each pane counted as a window. Wound up paying $250+ for windows I thought I couild get cleaned for $109. Excel did a fine job, windows look good. Have had these same windows cleaned for less than $150.00. Feel that I was missled as to what the actual service cost would be. Ask that Angie's List be more accurate on their "Bargain of the Day" offerings.

When I signed up for the special it stated up to 40 panes of windows for $109.00. I have 8 windows and 1 sliding glass door and thought ok I am covered. What I did not know was that a pane is a single size window on the inside (the outside is counted as another pane) and the screen is counted as a pane. Most of my windows are double wide so by the time they counted their version of panes and added tax it cost me an additional $53.00. 3 guys showed up to do the work. Although I was not happy about the additional cost, the work they did was great. They were courteous, professional and got the work done in under 45 minutes. All things considered, I am pleased with the work they did, but at over $200.00 an hour Excel should have sent a shirtless John Stamos.

They were prompt, courteous and did a great job. The only complaint was that the cost was significantly higher than my normal provider's cost for less services. I typically have the inside, outside, screens and window tracks cleaned for $299.85. The quoted price for inside and outside of the windows was over $300 in addition to the $100 I already paid for the discounted deal offered on Angie's List. I only had them clean the outside of the windows. I will do the insides, screens, sills and window tracks myself.

The guys that came out did a great job cleaning the windows. They hadn't been cleaned for years and they look great. The men were courteous and professional. They m over effeicently through the house cleaning every window and also cleaning up after themselves. Great company!!!!Cleaned approximately 50 windows that were some combination and some more modern.

The team was wonderful. Professional and nice. The Angie's deal was for more windows then we had so they wasked our front door and the deck doors. Cleaned all of the screens and windows.

Hired Exel to do spring window cleaning. I found Excel to be very responsive to email communication. I tried calling a couple of times and only got voice mail - but the email exchanges were great, met my needs in coordinating schedules, and were very responsive. Jeff and Brian arrived within the "window" of time they had promised - between 10 and 12 - they arrived at 10:30. The total time for the job was approximately 2.5 hours. I had purchased a voucher for 20 windows (40 panes) to be cleaned for $119. We had 26 other panes so we asked them to clean those as well and that was included at $3 per pane - basically the same "rate" as offered in the original deal. (So one glass window = 2 panes. Inside and outside count separate.) They did a great job of removing screens as well as the wood inserts on a couple of specialty windows. I have had other service providers in the past damage the screens and they avoided this problem and were very careful. Jeff and Brian did a great job with cleaning the windows and screens. Windows sparkled and screens looked great. The only minor complaint I had was that the sills themselves were cleaned "hit and miss." Some were wiped very well but about half were more "dusted" than wiped and the dirt on the sill was still there. Overall, I was very satisfied and would use them again.
