It was fine. I did purchase more windows. It cost $120 total. They could be more responsive. I had tried calling them three or four times and then, I ended up having to call Angie's List, for them to make a call to them. They were really busy or something. So, they weren't responsive after my initial call to them. It took a while to schedule. The windows themselves was a great job. But, the other work - the tidy up and window sills and all of that - wasn't consistently done throughout the house.

They were scheduled to come between 10-12 and showed up shortly before 12. They cleaned the specific 40 panels we requested. They were quick, professional and did a good job. My only concern was is that it took a number of calls and messages to schedule the work.

Dave and his crew where a pleasure to have at my home. They were polite, professional, and very personable. My windows haven't looked this good in years. My cleaning versus theirs LOL I will have him back next year and I highly recommend his service.

Work was sloppily done, screens not cleaned and not replaced properly. Seemed in a hurry to just get done and move on.

Purchased a Angie's List Deal for window cleaning of 40 panes. We had a few additional windows and also had then clean the gutters. I had never hired someone to clean windows or gutters before so I have nothing to compare it to but I was happy with the work done. When they called to set up the service time they apologized because they took so long to contact me, but it was only 4 days after I bought the deal and I did not expect to have been called sooner, so was not an issue for me. The appointment was set for 2 days after the initial call and they came out when they said they would and worked quickly.

We purchased an Angie's List Deal for cleaning of 20 windows inside and out including screens for $109.00. 2 window cleaners arrived within the scheduled time slot. Workers were nice and courteous. Thoroughly cleaned 20 windows inside and out fast and efficiently. We just happen to have exactly 20 windows on our main level. I think the charge for additional windows was only $3 or $4 more per window. We will most likely be hiring this company once or twice a year to clean our windows! Only additional fee was the sales tax of about $7.75 that we had to pay the day of service. All in was $117 for 20 windows.

Pleasant, prompt, efficient service. They even cleaned the cobwebs I couldn't reach.

We had an initial timing issue, and had to schedule a second visit. That resulted in a splendid job.

The deal was for 20 windows to be cleaned including screens if necessary. The add is a little misleading. It bears careful reading. Each window is for 2 panes only regardless of their size. I had to spend over twice the introductory amount and clean the inside surface of the windows myself. Also, they forgot to clean 1 window completely.

They washed inside and outside of 10 windows. They forgot to wash the inside of two windows. The two window washers were professionals and except for the two above mentioned windows they did an very good job. when

I paid $119 for the Angie's List window cleaning special to get a jump on our spring cleaning. The company was responsive and we set up a date to get the windows cleaned. My spouse was home during the time of the service and I was unaware that the company charged an additional $211 for the windows they had cleaned bringing our total to $330. The $330 was charged for four double hung windows plus most (but not all) windows on our small mudroom and front porch. This is WAY more expensive that we have been charged by other providors. We have had all the windows in our entire two-story house cleaned for $450 by other providors. Additionally, the quality of the work was poor - with obvious streaking visible and completely skipping cleaning some internal glass panels. Do yourself a favor and find a different window cleaning firm.

Everything went really well overall. I had to switch the day of the cleaning almost last minute and they were very accommodating. I gave a B for responsiveness as I was told I would be called back to reschedule, but I had to call back after I had not heard back after a while. But not that big of a deal. On the day of the cleaning, initially I misunderstood how many windows would be cleaned. Even once that was cleared up, I believe they cleaned an extra window so all windows on the main part of the house were cleaned. That was very nice. If I had to add a negative, when cleaning out the bottom track between the screen and the window, it would have been a bonus if they would have done that with the window open. The cleaned this part from the outside, so I could see why this was missed. But it was easy enough for me to wipe this part clean with a rag. They did a really nice job. The windows looked crystal clear and the screens were so clean it was easy to miss that they were still there.

They were very professional and quick. The windows look amazing!! So thankful that I didn't have to do it myself.

They did a good job of cleaning the windows. The only thing was that the window tracks were included in the cleaning and I think they could have done a better job of cleaning the tracks. Otherwise they did a great job and were professional. I would recommend.

Awesome job, I could tell they were busy with the angies list coupon but got a date scheduled and the guys came out and did a great job. I will definitely hire again!

Three workers came. They were amazingly fast and very good. My windows and screens were quite dirty and afterwards they sparkled...and they still do!

It was fine except when they first got here they claim that they were only going to wash the outside of the windows and not the inside, but it was sorted. They did it pretty quickly. It was a good deal. They did show up on time.

Great! We have a very tall 2 story with bays on top and main floors and 20 foot high giant foyer windows. They charge by the window. It was so wonderful to have all the windows and sills so clean in the spring. The big foyer windows have never been this clean since we moved in!!! Nice guys, prompt, courteous. I suggest that you have the house power washed first. I didn't think of that! I would like to do this spring and summer.

The work was fine. Everything went good. I was connected with the provider through an email from Angie's List. Had a price agreed on and when the work was completed he gave me a bill for $200 more than what was agreed upon.

I had a problem scheduling it; the first time they set up a meeting but didn't tell me about it. They called me while I was at work so I wasn't able to make that date then it took a month to get back in their calendar; they actually came in and did it this morning. They told me it would be done at 8 to noon so I assumed it would be 8 to noon that they will be out there and they would be there 8 o'clock and it turned out that was window upon which they would arrive which caused me some conflict issues at work so I was not happy about that. The service itself was okay.

It went very well. They did additional windows for additional cost. They did a very nice job. I would have them back in a heartbeat. They did very well. We were extremely pleased. Three guys came out and worked in about 15 minutes. They did a great job.

Job was done well and quickly.
