Description of Work: Cleaned windows and screens inside and out. Very nice young men who came out at 7:00 pm because they were scheduled so tightly they were working for 12 hours on the day after they were scheduled. They called the first day. Not the second. They were tired. Their work was acceptable and my windows were dirty! I think the Angie's list deal overwhelmed the company.

Description of Work: Overall, I was not impressed. This was the first time we hired someone to wash our windows and if we were to hire someone to do it again I would like to use another company. The day our services were first scheduled I was disappointed that I had not received a call the day prior to confirm our appointment. The day of our appointment I received a call 20 mins prior to the end of our appointment window stating that they were running behind. It had started to rain, snow, and sleet with high winds so I told them I would like to reschedule. I was told he would call me back that night to get us back on the books. That night I did not receive a call, in fact it took 3 phone messages and 2 Angie's List emails before I received a new appointment. After I scheduled something I received a call back from them and they said they had an appointment that day and wondered if they could do the work. I agreed. |The 2 guys came out and quickly washed our windows. One of the guys was new, which I was reminded by the veteran several times. I felt this employee treated the new guy very unprofessionally and poorly. |Did they clean the windows? yes, sort of. |I understand that it probably is nearly impossible to clean windows completely clean, but we were left with streaks inside and outside. Overall the windows ended up looking much cleaner than what they were when they arrived, but I felt I over paid for the service that was preformed.

Description of Work: Excel exchanged doing the inside of the windows for doing all of the outside windows. They were fast and efficient. I will use them this fall.

Description of Work: They did great but i was not aware the way the count the window planes and I ended up owing them additional $164 to do all the windows in the house.

Description of Work: My windows and screens were cleaned very well, however they did not do a very good job on the sills. Still lots of dirt. They were friendly, very timely and they finished the job in less than an hour (there were 4 workers). I did think it was a little expensive. I feel bad about this last comment, but it is just that I am extremely sensitive. The man in charge reeked of smoke.

Description of Work: Cleaned all windows inside and out plus screens. Also had them clean gutters. Windows look amazing. We did not get a call back setting up the appointment. That is why I gave a B rating. I was surprised when they showed up. They took money off my bill for the inconvenience. They were pricey but did a nice job.

Description of Work: Had scheduled 4/6/15 service. Due to bad weather, made the decision to reschedule. I spoke directly with Dave on the phone to postpone. He told me he didn't have his calendar so he would call back. I didn't hear from him, so I sent msg from Angie's list 4/13-no response, texted 4/14-no response. Reached out to Angie's List and they reached out to Dave. He left me an annoyed msg on 4/17 at 9 p.m., making it sound like it was my fault it wasn't rescheduled. I called him back and left message 4/20-no response, and again on 4/23 telling him I wanted to hear from him by 4/25 or I would request a refund-no response. I am no longer interested in trying to get something scheduled with this company. I saw the reviews on his poor communication, but now I understand first hand just how bad it is.

Description of Work: Excel Window Cleaners worked with my dad to decide which windows to clean, which were covered in the original deal, and how much it would be to add on the additional windows he wanted cleaned. He was pleased with their professionalism and the windows were so sparkling, they looked brand new.

Description of Work: I paid for the service by credit card but the company never called to set up an appointment and it got too late in the season to clean my windows. The charge came through on my card, so I worked with Angie's List sales people to arrange to have Excel Window Cleaning call me in the spring for window cleaning.

Description of Work: Scheduling this service was a nightmare. After paying for this Angie's List deal, I discovered they were so busy that we had to schedule the actual service several weeks out. A week before the scheduled appointment, I called and rescheduled due to a conflict, but they showed up on the original date anyway and called me wondering where I was. I then set up a third date and they never showed up. After calling and leaving several messages and being told the owner would call me back each time, I finally received a call and another appointment was made. This appointment was kept and they did a fantastic job. All in all, the price and quality of the work was excellent. If they could get the bugs out of their scheduling process, I would recommend this service to all.

Description of Work: Filipe and Jake did a great job and were nice and friendly. I bought the certificate for window cleaning but they saw that my gutters were in really bad need of cleaning and said the company did that also. Jake did the gutter cleaning while Filipe did the inside and outside windows.
