Description of Work: They washed the windows but didn't do the screens which I realized after they had left. If they cleaned the interior of the windows (sash?) it wasn't done well.

Description of Work: Paid for this once last year, got no service. Repeated this year in the hopes they would honor both times. As in the past, things were scheduled then they called at the last minute to postpone. Eventually showed up with three guys, one of whom was sulking in the truck. Work was OK, but only for one of the purchases; I am supposed to reschedule for the second one. Not recommended.

Description of Work: Owner went out of his way to get my job done on the day promised, even when the earlier job of the day took longer. He went beyond what I asked to complete a full hour of service. He also noticed and made suggestions for future work on an item or two, but did not push. I recommend him and his crew.

Description of Work: The crew did not show the first apt. The owner set-up a second apt and it was to be 8-9 on a Sat am. They came at 7:45 am and were yelling back and forth to one another. They did a great job of waking up the neighborhood. Once the head guy saw my windows he said due to the fact they were paned, he had to count each pane as a window. I could only have 5 windows washed rather than my entire house at this price. I felt it was a bait and switch.

Description of Work: Washed all windows inside and out, and cleaned screens. Would have rated them higher but wasn't pleased that they needed to be reminded to clean all tracks.

Description of Work: "There was scheduling confusion. I was expecting them one day as per their email message, but another crew showed up the day before unannounced. The biggest problem was that I expected 1 hour of pressure washing for $73 but was told that since two employees had come with two machines that I was only entitled to a half hour of power washing. I told them that I would not pay for any more than what I already had. Also there was no soap used from what I could see - just water. Then they said I owed $5.20 for local tax which I was also not expecting. Both crews who came out were nice but I felt their ad should reflect that 2 employees = a half hour of service and that tax would be added to the service price on the spot."

Description of Work: They were quick, effective and left me with immaculately cleaned house windows. they left my house as they found it. I plan to use them whenever I need this service.

Description of Work: I had a hard time getting the scheduling correct. Once we got that figured out they showed up 4 hours early and they came ready to clean the windows but I only asked them out there to give an estimate. The people that showed up in an unmarked vehicle and they looked very unprofessional.

Description of Work: I purchased the Deal on July 11th, I contacted the company to set the appointment and had to leave a voicemail, they called me back to let me know they couldn't schedule something over the phone, then they said they would have to call me back later, they never called me back. I tried to contact them four more times but only got sent to the voicemail so I found someone else to do the job.

Description of Work: For the most part, they did well, although some windows were streaky afterwards. I wasn't happy with the amount they charged me beyond the deal I paid for up front. The Angie's List deal was supposed to cover 20 panes (as far as I can remember). When I counted the panes before taking the deal, I thought I would pay for a few additional windows, but apparently their idea of a window pane and mine are different. I paid an additional $65 to get all my windows cleaned. It was nice to get the second story windows cleaned but I don't think I would use them again. My neighbor paid only $120 from a different provider for the same amount of windows. Also, they had to cancel my first appointment because of bad weather, and the owner didn't call me back for three weeks. I ended up having to call him.

Description of Work: Had made an appointment to get windows cleaned, confirmed appointment by email, but then they didn't show. Turns out that they came 2 hours early, left me a message that they came but didn't know which windows to do and never came back. I called and talked to receptionist about it but didn't hear back for 2 days. Asked for money back but then a week later, unexpectedly, they showed to wash windows. Went ahead and let them. Ok job. Poor communication. Wouldn't use again.

Description of Work: They never contacted me after I purchased a prepaid window washing with them. I reached out twice and each time was promised a manager would call me back. No one ever did.
