Description of Work: Dave and his son were professional and friendly. They did a really good job, my windows and screens look grest. The only problem I had was getting in touch with someone to set up a time and date.

Description of Work: Workers arrived at the home to wash windows, I had previously called and indicated that I had aluminum storm windows. Workers were young, and looked like they just hired them for the day. The one in charge explained that he had never cleaned windows with storms, but they would try and remove them and clean them. I told them they could try on someone else's home, and asked them, to have the owner call me. I never heard a word.

Description of Work: They washed most of my windows including storms. There were a few windows that we decided to only wash the outside of the storms. This worked well and saved me money. |I especially appreciated the efficiency and professionalism of the 4 man crew because some of my windows are complicated and I've used other companies that had trouble with them.

Description of Work: They did a great job and super fast. My only slight concern was them trying to wash windows and work around my furniture. I would've preferred to move my couch slightly to make it easier on them and make sure none of the cleaning product got on the furniture or carpet. Overall I would higher them again!

Description of Work: Originally scheduled 9/17 but Dave J. cancelled due to weather. Never called to set up again. I had to call him. On Oct12 we had a wind advisory so we cancelled again. He never had the courtesy to call. He "blew me off". I will not enlist his so called help again nor will I recommend. Someone (Ben)at the help line of yours will credit my card back the full $109 asap. Very disappointed. Now I'm unsure how credible your picks are.

Description of Work: Washed windows and screens. I t went very well. They even did an extra 2 windows.

Description of Work: They arrived much earlier than scheduled which happened to work out perfectly. They had the windows cleaned in a bit over an hour. I also asked them to do the fireplace glass which they helped remove. The job cost a little more than the coupon, but it seemed within reason.

Description of Work: We had several extra panes that deal did not cover so therefore an add'l cost but worth it. They did a wonderful job on Windows and screens.

Description of Work: I wish that I could give this company a higher rating because I like the owners/managers very much. However, the members of their team seemed more concerned with taking numerous smoke breaks on my driveway and in the street in front of my house than they were with the actual job. And, they left without moving furniture back in place. When I called the owner to voice my concerns, he was kind enough to offer to make a 30-minute drive to come back and move the furniture, but at that point it would have been more disruptive.
