Description of Work: Cleaned Windows and screens- inside and out. The quality of work was great but the advertised pricing was misleading. Ended up costing much more than anticipated prior to purchasing the Angie's list deal. The owner was forthcoming about their difficulties getting the correct verbiage on the ad but we ended up paying more than we originally anticipated.

Description of Work: They said they would meet me at home at 3:00 and came early. For most this wouldn't be a problem, but I was at work until our meeting time. Unfortunately this meant they proceeded with work without having my approval to do the extra panes not included in the package I bought from Angie's list. So in the end I got more than I had paid for and now have to pay them more.

The advertising stated, "Buy today (11/4) and Excel Window Cleaning & Home Services Inc will contact you by Friday, 11/6/15. No one from Excel Window Cleaning & Home Services Inc has contacted me, and it is now 11/20/15. I paid for the service and got nothing!

Description of Work: Got no response to my initial request on 3 dates I posted to them. Then another 4 weeks went by and still no response. They finally scheduled something when I threatened to ask for my money back and report them to Angie's List. However, I didn't see the time they scheduled until midnight, the day before, and I was so busy, I didn't have time to respond back or call them in the morning. Thank goodness my husband was home when they arrived. The quality of the work was good, so for that reason I would consider using them again. However, they suck at getting back in a timely fashion or responding to emails unless threatened.
