Description of Work: Provider did not contact me. After a second phone call to their office I was able to make an appointment. Services were then provided neatly and quickly with no effort to upgrade agreed to bargain of $73 for one hour of pressure washing.

Description of Work: They washed exteriors of all the windows in the house and did a perfect job. Our large picture windows and sliding doors were sparkling. I will continue to use Excel a few times a year.

Description of Work: It took over a month for our service to be scheduled, after 6 phone calls with messages left with a receptionist. They did a good job, but next time I'll hope to find someone who answers my messages.

Description of Work: •$109.00 for winter window and screen cleaning (temps must be above -15 degree wind chill) |•Valid for interior and exterior cleaning of up to 20 windows, (20 windows equals 40 panes) including screens on one and two-story homes; extra windows can be cleaned for an additional fee |•Wiping window sills, tracks, and frames | |I pasted in the deal. First, inside and out side count as two panes, that is not clearly stated. The crew was actually early had walked the house to get a count of panes. They came up with 97 on an 1100 sq ft two bed rambler. still don't know where they got that count. Additional cost of nearly $169. Alex, the on site supervisor, presented as take it or leave it. I told them to leave. My Window count is 21 x 4 is 84. Dave called me, apologized for the misunderstanding of the deal, said the crew could go back out. I agreed, stressing the screens and sills were very dusty, would need extra attention. Dave called a few hours later to tell me job was complete. I asked about the sills and screens and I was told Alex inspected them all, all good. This is a seasonal lake house, I didn't get out there for a few days to check. When I did, sills were pitiful, several screens were in side the house leaning on the wall, others in place not cleaned, and I had two Windows left open when it was zero out. I also has cigarette butts on of the sills, must have been taking a smoke break? The worst part, I took Dave at his word that Alex had inspected and all was good, I told Dave to add $40 to the total for a crew tip, expecting I had excellent service, fooled again. Since this review process on Angie's List doesn't allow Customer rebuttal, I'm sure Dave will say they want to make it right, I misunderstood. There are others offering Window cleaning, I would steer away from these guys unless you are happy with a low price and low quality. After nearly $300 spent here, you can get much better. |

Description of Work: I have declined providing comment for so long, but am tired of being asked by Angie's List. I specifically called the company ahead of time to find out what a "pane" of glass meant to them when I signed up for the promotion. Needless to say the person who answered the phone did not have the same definition as the individuals that completed the work. I ended up paying another $55 when they were at my house to complete the job. It is one thing to sign up for a promo expecting one thing, and finding out the promo was not what you understood it to be... however, when you call the company directly to verify your understanding, your understanding is confirmed, but reality is different, it leaves a very bad taste in your mouth. And on top of it all, they left the house not having likely "forgotten" to finish a couple of the windows.
