Description of Work: They washed all the outside windows that I asked them to (I had washed some already when I had to replace a blind.) They also washed some inside windows and a few more than the contract said. My concern was that they finish before children came to "trick or treat" and they did. They left everything neat.

Description of Work: Window cleaning was scheduled. Got a call on the day of the service saying they had run into some problems and were running late. He offered to call back and reschedule. He never called back. I called the number on the coupon for contact and got someone who said she didn't directly schedule the Angies list appointment, but would forward my phone number to the person that did. I never got a call back. Repeat the above another 2 times, same result. I can understand that, given the weather they might not be able to do anything, but their unwillingness to at least call back has left me very unimpressed and somewhat angry. Would like to at least get a refund.

Description of Work: Excel Window Cleaning cleaned my windows inside and out today, and did a great job! A they were efficient, the windows sparkle, and the price was right. I will hire them again, and would recommend them without hesitation. Karen
