Patio grades toward the house. Seems like a basic thing to avoid. They fixed it but took several trips. They ended up asking me to pay because they were afraid of making payroll which is likely b.s. but either way - trying to get money for an unfinished job or that they cannot manage their projects/cash flow right - their not a biz I would use again. It is too bad because the work was decent and the service was good and they did the job in the end but cannot recommend and will not take the chance on them again that they will not do the project right or will not be in business to finish the project.

I contracted with EnJay for the first time this year for snow removal. With yesterday's 4" snowfall, I received an email at 430pm from Braden stating my home was on the route for snow removal, crews were out, and they would be there as soon as possible. I wondered how long it would take, but was delighted to wake up this morning with perfectly cleared driveway and sidewalks! I'm now totally at ease knowing any snow falls will be promptly removed and I no longer need to bundle up, go out and clear myself! I highly recommend EnJay's snow removal services!

Braden was amazing. All around good guy to deal with when it came to our hedge project. He made sure I was happy with the progress throughout.

Wonderful experience. They sprayed our yard and mowed it for the summer. Timely, great communication and thorough. They did everything we asked. Just overall excellent service.

Notice to all Residential EnJay customers, I hired Enjay to install edging, weed barrier, and rock around the perimeter of my home. My quote was for a two day project. Simple enough? Five and a half weeks later, the project was completed. Many issues lead to this project taking so long. They misquoted on the rock estimate and ran out of rock, they broke into my main sprinkler line, and did not properly fix the first time, the damage to the grass to fix the sprinkler line, the short cuts on the weed barrier leading to grass and weeds coming up through the rock, the second delivery of rock which sat piled up in my driveway for a week before coming back out to complete. My biggest complaint is that they lack follow up and communication. Other than the very first day of the project, I never knew when they would show up. At one point, after not seeing or hearing from anyone, I had to email EnJay wondering if they just â abandonedâ my project??. The only consistent follow up I received was when they wanted full payment at the end of the project, and did not even offer a discount for their lack of service and communication for the many issues they had along the way. I was told EnJay is new to getting into the residential landscaping business, but I would recommend that you call a more experienced company that has the track record of bidding and completing projects on time. P.S. If you notice EnJay does not have a review page on their home website, all reviews are completed through third party sites. Now I know why

I can't speak highly enough of Enjay team, they're awesome! They're so professional, polite, respectful, patient, and delivered the high quality customized landscape and fall cleanup that they advertised. I've contacted a good handful (at least 15) other companies regarding work on my yard: landscape companies, arborist companies, shrubs, lawn companies, etc, you name it; none of them even come close to Enjay in regards to customer service, availability, dependability, communication, pricing, and immaculate yard result! My husband and I gave up on finding a company to come out to trim our overgrown bushes, and clean our yard for the year. However, long story short, Braden (from Enjay) reached out to me about a different project that I was not looking for (that was caused by a glitch in Homeadvisors system for when I was looking for help with a part of my roof), but I thought I might as well ask if they happen to do landscaping because I was really impressed with his kindness, taking initiative, and professionalism . To my pleasant surprise, he told me Enjay does indeed do landscaping, yard work, and everything that involves beautifying and maintaining our yard (yes!!!!). He was able to schedule me in within THREE weeks!! I was floored because the other companies that stopped communicating with me initially quoted me at least 4 to 5 weeks out. Their team with Josh (the lead) showed up and they were all very patient with my particulars and involvement as I wanted everything in my yard to look very tidy and a certain way. I highly recommend them to anybody looking for a reliable company to make their yard look beautiful and tidy. Special thanks to Braden, Keith, Josh and the guys for helping us transition our yard from lots of fallen leaves, twigs, untidy lawn, and overgrown bushes!

They were so pleasant to work with. There customer service rep Brandon was so explanatory of pricing and services available. I am a disabled veteran and they offered services far above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I recommend this company to any home owner with lawn servicing need. I thank them for helping myself and my family.

I hired Enjay to re-lay paver bricks in our garden and to rebuild the garden boxes. The box boards are splitting now because Nick told the workers to drive spikes through them. My other complaint is that most of pavers were not leveled. The only thing I would recommend Enjay for is laying mulch. They did this without asking, but the results were very nice. I guess they did it to make up for the poor work on the pavers and garden boxes.
