+ 1 moreJoe always stayed in touch with me regarding delays in the work. Mostly due to weather, but that was to be expected. He always came over to check the work his men were doing and I observed him telling one of them to "pull it out and start over." His close attention to those details saved us both time and money.
Description of Work: Joe removed my concrete sidewalk and replaced it with pavers and added a roof over the walk. My ideas were different than his suggestions, but I must admit, if he wouldn't have advised me, I would have made a terrible mistake. He also saved me money on the pavers by cutting some himself to make a much nicer design than I would have had. He is creative and has a good eye. The products he uses are quality, and gave me choices instructing me on the differences. When things didn't go as planned, he would explain them to me and what he would do to correct the problem. I thought he would go over his estimate, but he never did. The only time he went over the estimate was when I asked him to do additional work that was not on the original estimate. Nice family guy.
