Description of Work: This was an Angie's deal for (2) hours of plumbing service for $99.00. |They were very nice about the fact that I initially wrote the appointment down wrong..and was not there when they arrived! It was rescheduled - the plumber was great and replaced the drain in my tub and the handle on my toilet in about 1/2 hour. Parts were about $30.00 extra. I will definitely call them next time I need a plumber.

+ -1 moreThe tech arrived on time and was very friendly and efficient. He diagnosed and fixed the problem immediately. However, I was rather disgusted after he called his office and they said they still had to charge $50 extra for the 1 minute of labor. Granted, I am not familiar with plumbing charges and maybe this is routine.
Description of Work: I bought an Angie's List deal for $39 for a plumbing call because when I turned on my washer one of the water pipes gave off a high pitched sound when the hot water was running. When the tech arrived he fixed the problem in less than a minute ( the nut was loose).

+ -1 moreThe plumber arrived promptly and was very courteous. He was helpful in answering some questions I had. The only "issue" is cost. The garbage disposal is an $80 part (per Amazon), thus leaving $220 for 45 minutes of labor. Good work, just very, very expensive.

+ -1 moreIt went great! We used our home warranty service, who set us up with Boevaag, to address a leak into our finished basement. It took a little while for us to get the service scheduled (we were awaiting a call from them to schedule); however, once scheduled it was just great. Ruben was the plumber who came. He called in advance to let us know his arrival time (and was even a few minutes early). He quickly identified the issue (only one wax ring was installed for the toilet) and the solve (replace the ring with and quot;specand quot; of two rings) . He even spoke several times with our warranty provider to ensure the fix was covered (originally it was denied due to the warranty service representative's lack of knowledge of basic plumbing). At the end of the service, Ruben cleaned thoroughly and explained to both me and my husband what to watch for and when we should consider filling in the dry wall that was removed to access the leak. We will definitely use Boevaag again (even without the warranty coverage) and will request Ruben.
Description of Work: Identified source of bathroom leak and replaced wax ring that was improperly installed.
