Jeff, was absolutely wonderful!! I called him to make an appointment and since he was in the area already, he offered to stop by and take a look at my plumbing, which by the way, he didn't even charge me for!! I had received an estimate from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing at which time I was told I needed to replace the entire injector pump, which turned out to be absolutely not true. Not to mention the fact, Benjamin, wanted to charge me a ridiculous amount of money!! Jeff, came in and saved the day for a mere fraction of the cost Benjamin Plumbing, was trying to charge me. Not only would I highly recommend Boevaag Plumbing, but I intend on using them for my bathroom and kitchen remodel when the time comes!!

They were very prompt and completed the work quickly with accuracy. We are very happy with the work and will hire them for future plumbing needs.

I own a number of rental properties and contacted Joe at Boevaag Plumbing regarding an immediate plumbing project. Joe contacted me the next morning (Monday) and said he would call back that afternoon to schedule an appointment, I did not receive a call back and left a message with Joe (On Tuesday) with Boevaag Plumbing the next day. Joe returned my call to schedule an appointment a couple hours later. Joe said he could schedule an appointment for two days later on Thursday between 9 and 10 am. When I mentioned the Boevaag coupon from Angies List site, he said that no one would be available until the following week. Furthermore, he said the coupon only applied to facets and other minor or less complex work. Their is no disclaimer published on the site or coupon that limits the work to just facets or simple projects. When asked why the schedule or availability was different with or without the coupon, he stated that without the coupon, he has two plumbers (or employees) that will go out on the job immediately. With the coupon, he would only send one plumber out. As a rocket scientist, it makes no sense whether two people go out immediately and get the job done in say 2 hrs versus one person in four hours, just as long as it gets done. He further explained that Angie list gets paid first, takes it's cut, before he get paid. So, its pretty clear that purchasing a coupon from Boevaag is discouraged if you have an immediate need and or if the project is more complex than changing a facet. Joe was extremely condescending and hung up the phone on me.

Prompt and efficient! Would hire again

It went great. I was told exactly what the issue was, what they were going to do to fix the current problem, how long my fix would last based on the age of my pipes, and what would need to be done eventually (key - not this second). Everything was explained in easy to understand terms and possible future costs estimated. Now I can plan for the future, and I know who I will hire.

The gentleman that came was absolutely wonderful, helpful and explained things very well for me, so I understood what the problem was and what to look for in the future. I would recommend him and use him, again. They taught me a lot! I would say they deserve your business when they go out of their way to do that.

Wonderful! They came out the day I called - a huge blessing! They were efficient and very clean. Their price was also better than other's I'd called. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

Fantastic. These people are simply wonderful. They are honest and will do what's best for the customer, not what's best for their pocketbook ! You can simply trust them, and I will hire them again and again and refer them to others every chance I get.

We can't say enough about this provider! Not only were they great in communicating and arriving promptly, their pricing was a much better value than the other two bids we received. Such professional and quality service, too! We ran into some headaches with our cabinet install, and they graciously made two trips--without increasing the bid. We'll never use anyone else! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I wasn't happy with them. He charged me $65 for parts. I can't believe two plastic handles costed $65. He told me it wasn't covered by the deal. He wasn't aware of what the ad was.

The service was great. The leaks were very concerning. Several joints looked as if they would give way sooner rather than later. Joe gave us two estimates - one to replace only the leaky joints, and another to replace all of the galvinized pipe in the house. We took the latter. Plumbers came in as soon as we had provided access to the pipes. They competed the job in two days, and were careful to minimize times when water had to be turned off - particularly overnight.

Excellent!!! The pipe problem turned out to be a washer needed replacing and pipes anchored to the ceiling. This was a very quick and inexpensive fix. I thought they would be installing a diffuser for water hammer. They would have done that and I wouldn't have known it wasn't needed. I'm very impressed with service providers who are honest and don't try to sell you something you don't need. While here he also gave me some advice on using my water softener which was very much appreciated!

Everything went well. Reuben tried to reuse the trap, but it leaked, so replaced. Reuben was very friendly and did a good job efficiently.I would have him again if needed.

Basement toilet still leaks water and refills itself approximately every 15 minutes this was not able to be solved in the first visit and will require a second trip

Entering possible service times was a waste since they were ignored and had to call to schedule an appointment anyway. Provider was extremely rude and unprofessional when discussing the service needed and determining an appointment time. Decided this wasn't the plumber for me if the initial contact went this poorly, so cancelled appointment and requested refund of the Angie's List deal.
