Description of Work: Our laptop screen went blank, it wouldn't boot up. We thought we'd try fixing it since it might be cheaper than buying a new computer. We see the company vehicles for Blue PC since we live on the same block and decided to get an opinion. Tony is knowledgeable and professional, and told my husband the problem sounded like the video chip went out on the motherboard. He sent the motherboard out for repair, put the laptop back together and it works great again. We are thrilled at spending a few hundred dollars instead of lots more. We think Tony did a really good job, we're quite pleased with the work.

+ -1 moreBlue PC had a discount coupon in the local newspaper and the ad also stated they did free pick up and delivery. This was very important to me as I was unable to bring my unit in for service at this time. I called and left a call-back number. Tony promptly returned my call and we discussed the problem with my computer. He felt certain he could fix it. He came to my home the same afternoon and picked up the computer. He called the following day to let me know he had fixed the problem and could deliver the computer that afternoon. He brought it back to me, set it up, and it works perfectly. Problem solved. Tony is very professional in appearance and has excellent customer services skills.
