B&B Pro Landscaping/Lawn Care and Snow Removal

They were very nice to work with. Dennys was very friendly and had good ideas about how to make the area look nice - and followed through with them. He also worked on the overgrown landscaping around my house so that looks very nice as well. He kept me informed as to what was happening with the project the whole way - and it only took 3 days. I'm already planning what he's going to do for me next year!

Poorly. The fellow that came out to do the estimate was friendly enough, but I immediately got a very rude upsell pitch. I had asked for a quote for our back yard, and he immediately said, "you should really do your front yard too", basically saying that it looked bad, so I should do that as well. I made it clear that I was only looking to have work done in the backyard. Then I got the quote and of course it included the back yard and the FRONT YARD FOR FREE (is there anyone stupid enough to fall for that?). And to add insult to injury, there was absolutely no landscaping included in the estimate, which was why we called them. It was an estimate for removing all the vegetation and slapping on some landscape fabric and plastic- adding sod in some areas. We ended up going with a different landscaper for a beautifully done back yard for 1/2 of the price we were quoted for the FRONT AND BACK yards of our home.
