Most recently he has guided us past making mistakes on several houses that we fell in love with and thought we just had to have, despite being over priced with significant/expensive problems found at inspection. In so doing we really did find the perfect home for us at a great price and in a great location. He also got a full price offer for our home in a past transaction after another realtor we considered hiring recommended an asking price $30,000 less. John has many awesome connections for inspectors, mortgage bankers, tradesmen and many others. We highly recommend him!
Description of Work: John Clay has been our realtor 3 times over the past 20 years. He is a second generation realtor and it really pays off to have that experience considering the housing market conditions over the past decade.
