They did an outstanding job. Mike did a great job of explaining the process, keeping the bathroom sealed off and venting due to the smell of the finishing material. He installed a new drain and re-caulked around the tub the following day. Tub looks outstanding--very happy with how it turned out.

Mike was an amazing professional with lots of integrity. He explained everything he was doing, showed up when he said, and also installed the shower door (and helped us find one) as well as all faucets, etc. What an amazing job for about the same price as other providers, but he takes 3 days because he sands the countertops several times thoroughly, whereas the other providers I spoke to (even with star ratings) only take 1 day!

The process went very smoothly. The entire process took two days to complete. It was messy and loud (the commercial exhaust fan was the loud part), but that's to be expected with the type of work. Everything was cleaned up as much as possible (the white dust is very stubborn to clean). The end product is gorgeous and the tub looks brand new! We didn't have anyone else quote the job, so we aren't sure how the price compares, but he gave us a 10% discount from the Home and Garden show.

Old yellow bathtub and yellow tiles, looked old and dated. They came and refinished, job done in 2 1/2 days. It looks fabulous, like a new bathroom, I love it. It is a little smelly, and took a while to get ride of the smell, we had the bathroom fan running most of the week (during the day). I would definitely have this done when you can open windows, lucky for us the temperature were mild and we could open some. They were prompt, professional, good clean up. Would recommend.

We got several bids for my inlaws home in Richfield and this was more expensive than the cheapest but we felt reasonably priced for the service provided. A detailed in person estimate was provided and the actual refinish went off without a hitch. The estimater and the installer were the same and he really cared about the quality of his work. Completely satisfied with the final result. The tub looked like new without the need to pull out all of the ceramic tile!

Everything was excellent, including the colors; they look great. We felt very comfortable with them. The owner was just great and they did a fabulous job.

I had a bathtub that had been resurfaced prior to 2003 when we bought the house and over time had gotten chipped in many places. Mike was able to give me an estimate over the phone. We scheduled the work and he arrived on time and was very professional and polite and seemed very knowledgeable. He explained what products I should and shouldn't use on the refinished tub. In addition to that, he did some extras including removing the bathtub faucet and redid the caulk around it. He even caulked our upstairs tub for me and my kitchen sink for no additional charge. I chose the Deluxe option which has a seven year transferable guarantee in cast the surface gets chipped somehow - Mike said he has rarely ever been called for return visits as the method he uses is very reliable. I would recommend him highly to anyone who is sick of looking at that chipped tub that gets worse every year. On top of that he is a really nice guy. Thanks Mike!

They were very responsive, timely and prompt to come back to do touch ups on the work that was performed.

Mike responded very quickly to my online request for a quote, and called me the next day. He explained the whole process over the phone. He called back to say he could come even earlier than planned, and showed up on time. It is a two day process, but there were some problems with the first step of the finishing, so he had to redo part of it and come back a third day (a saturday). He finished the tub work, and then went above and beyond the work we agreed on by installing a new faucet and shower curtain surround kit that I had purchased (from a store he recommended, also a big help). I have slanted ceilings above my tub, so installing the surround was no easy task. He even spent time at the work bench in my basement crafting a wedge of wood that could be used as a mounting base for one of the support rods that had to attach to the ceiling at an angle. He refused to charge me for this "bonus" work, and said I should just consider it a wash since he had to do some rework to get the tub finish done correctly, which left us without a shower for an extra day. Mike was obviously concerned with making sure the job was done right and seeing my bathroom project through to the end, even on a weekend! He was a pleasure to have in my home, and I would definitely hire him again or recommend him to others.

Great guy, great follow-through on the job, works fast, and gets it done. Gave me advice on replacing tub fixtures, and suggested I keep the old drain, that it was not needing replacement. Had details on how to clean the tub and make the re-surfacing last, products to use.

Mike was timely and did an excellent job. His price is very competitive. I had questions about cleaning the tub and he was very prompt in returning my call. He also provided instructions as to how to care for the tub. I would hire him again.

Mike came out and took the time to explain to us the work that was to performed and the steps he was going to take to accomplish the task at hand when other contractors just came in and gave us a price and then left. After we hired Mike to do our job he came out and did the job like he said in a very reasonable amount of time.
