He told me what the problem was. He recommended that the next time it quit I should consider getting a new dishwasher. He was able to get it working again. He was on time, courteous and did just what I asked him to do.

Pat was on time and very courteous. He was conversational and honest in his observations, and was able to diagnose the problem literally within 2 minutes. His pricing matched his promises on his website. Also it was nice to see that his diagnosis fee was included in the overall bill. Pat said it was a broken coupler on the washer - and he even had the part with him so he could get it fixed right away. It was very nice to witness such honesty and completeness in his work - he was in and out of my house within 30 minutes total. It isn't pleasant to have an appliance in your house break, but if that happens I would absolutely call Pat again!

My washer and dryer are about eight and a half years old. He diagnosed the problem correctly because we were able to fix it ourselves. My husband bought the parts and did it and that was exactly what was wrong. He was super friendly and informative and he was helpful when I asked him questions about what brands he recommended.

We sold our house and we agreed to leave our appliances in working order. Then, suddenly, our refrigerator stopped refrigerating. We contemplated replacing the whole refrigerator (which was about 9 years old), but I thought I'd shop a few appliance service companies first. I used Angies List, and I called a few, but many were too busy (wouldn't be able to come out for several days to a week), or cost too much ($95 dollars for the trip and diagnostics alone). I called Pat, and he agreed to come immediately after the call he was on. He arrived about 30 minutes later. He only charged $49 for the trip and diagnostics. He quickly identified and corrected the problem. He also explained what he was doing and what the problem was.

Went to google to look up the phone number for my old standby (Sears Home Service) but Appliance Repair For You came up in the results too and had a much better base price for the initial visit. Checked out their site & decided to give them a try. Called and talked to Pat owner/operator directly to make an appointment. He gave a 2-hour window and showed-up right on time. He knew exactly what the problem was and why it had happened with our model of dryer. He replaced the tumbler belt and the guide(?) that had caused it to wear. He was super fast and professional. Obviously very knowledgeable and experienced. He'll be my go-to from now on.
