Extremely personable and knowledgable. | |Wood Floor Master's process is dust free ..... meaning virtually NO dust visible in house. I was skeptical that it would be dust free.... BUT it was!!! | |End product, refinishing was best I have ever had, and on top of that NO mess!! and no dust!! This is the only vendor I will use in the future for floor finishing.

Description of Work: Highly satisfied with the company and the owner. Kurt is very professional, punctual and did a top notch job. He refinished the hardwood floors throughout our house in 2 phases and completed everything on time and as scheduled. The process was genuinely dust free -- the system he uses lived up to it's billing. We were very pleased with the pricing, timing and work quality. We recently hired Kurt and his company again after purchasing a new house and he refinished the second story of this house as well. Same great quality / professionalism/ reliability, etc. We highly recommend his services.

+ -1 moreWE WERE SO INCREDIBLY PLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY HAD A COMPETITIVE PRICE, WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND KNOW THEIR STUFF. OUR FLOOR WAS POORLY INSTALLED BY OUR BUILDER 12 YEARS AGO (I.E. LARGE GAPS BETWEEN THE PLANKS) BUT IT NOW LOOKS LIKE THOSE YOU FIND IN MODEL HOMES! KURT (THE OWNER) WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PATIENT WITH US AS WE HAD HIM BLEND VARIOUS STAIN COLORS TOGETHER TO GET JUST THE RIGHT SHADE. MOST IMPORTANTLY FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO HAVE LIVED THROUGH FLOOR REFINISHING BEFORE, IT REALLY WAS DUSTLESS!
Description of Work: REFINISHED (INCLUDING STAINING A DARKER COLOR) MAPLE FLOORS IN OUR FOYER, KITCHEN AND POWDER ROOM. PLEASE NOTE: $1,150 OF THE COST WAS THE STAINING - $2150 WAS THE REFINISHING COST.

+ -1 moreI LEFT A MESSAGE TO GET A BID. THEY ONLY HAVE AN ANSWERING MACHINE, NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. THEY DID NOT RETURN MY MESSAGES SO I CALLED THE MAIN OFFICE IN ANOTHER STATE. THEY ALSO COULD NOT GET A HOLD OF THESE PEOPLE AND COULD NOT GET MY CALL RETURNED. I FINALLY GOT A RETURN CALL MANY DAYS LATER EXPLAINING THAT HE IS JUST TOO BUSY TO BE ABLE TO GET TO HIS CALLS.
Description of Work: I WANTED THEM TO SAND AND SEAL EXISTING PARQUET FLOORS.

+ -1 moreTHEY STAINED THE FLOOR THE WRONG COLOR AND THE STAIN DID NOT MATCH AS REQUESTED. THEY MADE GOOD BY DISCOUNTING THE JOB, HOWEVER IT WAS A SIGNIFICANT ERROR. THE HALLWAY AND THE BEDROOM WERE THE WRONG COLORS BUT THE STAIRS WERE CORRECT.
Description of Work: THEY REFINISHED OUR WOOD FLOORS IN OUR UPSTAIRS HALLWAY ONE BEDROOM AND STAIRS.
