I WAS SO IMPRESSED! After Matt came all the way out to my house in Andover, took pictures and analyzed the situation, he explained to me that he could indeed sand my floors, but it wasn't my best option. Instead, he walked me through a more economical solution to my problem (we had product build up on the floor that gave the cherry wood a cloudy sheen) and then proceeded to gather the photos, etc. for me to give to the contractor he recommended should I choose to follow up. Never before have I seen an independent contractor do so much work FOR FREE only to pass that work onto another contractor! Should I ever actually need to REFINISH my floors (or any one near me does) you can bet he'll be the FIRST and only guy I call!

I had a good experience with them. They replied very promptly and did the work that we asked them to do. I think the price was reasonable. The first day the smell was overpowering and we could not stay at home, but the floors look great after they finished the work.

I used TNT on the recommendation of my brother, who is infinitely fussier than I am, and to be honest I didn't get any other bids. I was very comfortable with the bid I received. Matt was responsive, and did what he said he would when he said he would. Overall, I actually ended up with a better result than I expected. They taped off the areas being sanded, so the mess from sanding was minimal. The finished product looks great. I'm just a little disappointed with myself for waiting so long to get these old floors refinished. I'd have no reservations about hiring them again.

We had to put our house up for sale and relocate to Georgia for my husband's job. The realtor advised us to get the hardwood floors refinished to help the house sell quickly. There I was 1,400 hundred miles away, and I needed someone I could trust to do the work, knowing I would not be able to see the results myself. TNT Floor Sanding and Installing (Matt Turner) was recommended to me by a dear friend who had recently had him do her hardwood floors. My friend had had TNT referred to her by a neighbor friend who also had TNT do her hardwood floors. Matt answered my first call, listened to my concerns, was confident he could get the job done, and was able to start right away ( started Thurs. Dec. 17 and finished Wed. Dec 23)! After his free estimate, we talked again and he started the next day. Matt always was available when I had to call with questions, or needed an update. He left the house very clean considering it is a very dusty job. After my sister, my friend, my realtor and his boss, and my neighbor all saw the floors and pronounced them beautiful, I did ask Matt if he would fill a couple of nail heads that had been missed. He was there the next day despite the nasty weather related traffic tie-ups. You could not ask for a more reliable, competent, nice person than Matt nor a better floor sanding company than TNT.

Matt and Jon came out, took one look at one of the porches, and told me they could restore them easily for next to nothing! They began the work the very next day and I honestly never saw them: I left the door unlocked and they did all the work while I was at my job. The only evidence they left behind were the AMAZING floors. They look fantastic! I can't say enough about what geniuses these guys are.

Matt and Jon were recomended by another sub contractor and they did a good job overall. I was happy with the result.

These guys were quick, clean, courteous. The estimate and repair were fast and accurate. The other company that I contacted had told me that repairs would not be possible and I would have to re-coat my entire floor at $1200, the job was completed for $150 and it looks great. They even poly'd the work area very thoroughly to avoid dust.

They were always on time, returned calls in a timely manner and completed all work as specified in a professional manner.
