+ -1 moreDean was very friendly and professional and arrived exactly on the time we set up. He cleaned and tested our gas fireplace insert and replaced the embers and reset the logs. He cleaned the glass as well. Will definitely hire him again the future.

+ 0 moreDean arrived on time, was professional, carefully took apart the gas fireplace to clean and complete the safety checks. I particularly appreciated that he was meticulous in putting the fireplace back together so that the flames were between the logs and that the log placement and “embers” looked natural. The glass was carefully cleaned and is looking new. I appreciated his attention to detail. Dean left no mess when he left.

+ 0 moreDean arrived on time and called a head so we knew when in the window to expect him. After he thought he fixed the problem he stayed and waited the approximate 30 minutes to make sure the problem didn't continue. I was very glad he did, because the problem still occurred and he then knew exactly what the issue was. He was very friendly and cleaned everything up before he left.
Description of Work: Preformed annual PM on fireplace and also troubleshot why it would turn off after about 30 minutes.
