Great! Bryan was wonderful to deal with. Upon inspection, he diagnosed the point-of-entry and took a picture to show us how the squirrels were getting in and what he'd do to remedy that. Bryan began trapping that same day. Promptly came out to remove trapped squirrels and set new traps (total of eight). He then skillfully covered the hole. All at a very reasonable price, much lower than the first bid we had.

The job was well done with minimal fuss. Brian is very knowledgeable and friendly to work with. Brian understands bats and explains what is needed. He guarantees his work, but we are sure they are gone for good. I am happy to recommend him for any animal problems.

I would give OakRidge the highest possible recommendation. They came out very quickly and are highly skilled, courteous, and very knowledgable. We are very happy with the results. We plan on using them in the spring to help fix an area near our chimney were we think the bats might be entering our attic. If you need wildlife control/removal you will be totally satisfied with OakRidge.

He closed up all the places they may have been able to enter, set humane traps and all we had to do was call each morning before 9 if there was a squirrel in a trap. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Bryan came out first thing and did the inspection. He found there were several openings in our attic and that this problem had been explored before. He took the time to bring me around the house and show me the areas the fuzzy friends were getting in. He also took time to show me the areas that could cause future issues. He noticed that we had bats living on the exterior of our home and understood my desire to keep them here, but outside the house. After the inspection he explained his proposal for the work that included having to fabricate metal pieces that slid up under our wood shake shingles. He even had a color swatch to match our gutters proposed so it wouldn't be unsightly. I felt good about him doing the repairs because he had previous carpentry experience. Over the next week Bryan came out several times to check the traps and was able to do all the necessary repairs in only two trips. I hope never to need his services again, but if I do, I certainly won't hesitate to call him. There's no mistaking that animal removal is a pricey endeavor, but Bryan was by far the best priced, took time to understand our concerns and desires, and helped educate us about the animal, it's habits, and how to further protect ourselves in the future.
