Description of Work: Koosman was hired to put in a new line for an electric dryer. He put the line in and cut holes in the walls and ceiling and left the mess. He said "just put grilles over the holes". He is a HACK, he didi this job while working on a new home we hired him for. The only two jobs he's done for us and they are both horrible. We are currently working with the state and a private firm to recover the damages Koosman caused at the new construction home. Also come to find out he never pulled a permit for the dryer line.

 + -1 moreKoosman Electric Inc was very unresponsive. Worked very short durations on a daily basis. Was extremely messy and did not pick up the debris he generated. Koosman Elect. Inc. FAILED his initial final inspection. Koosman Elect. Inc. did Not complete items he contacted for, billed for and was paid for. Since closing issues have arisen with faulty fixtures and fittings supplied and installed by Koosman Electric Inc which we have had to hire another contractor to repair and complete the above issues. Keith Koosman of Koosman Electric Inc. has refused to acknowledge or address any issues as we have tried to contact him via phone, messaging and certified mail.
Description of Work: Koosman Electric Inc was contracted to perform complete electrical services (rough-in to final) for a new home construction in Zimmerman, MN.

Description of Work: HE INSTALLED THERMOSTAT FOR A WIRE-HEAT SYSTEM IN MY FLOOR.
