Cabinets were of good quality except of a couple of spots that broke during the installation - by the installers. All was fixed but explicit requests were required. The installation process was not smooth and required a couple of follow-up visits to fix the problems. Again, the cabinets are good but the installation quality varies with the particular installer I guess.

I would say it went okay. I mean they came out and did the specifications they made some assumptions that in the end I did not like and that would have been extremely expensive. They did provide some things and they gave us additional showings free and they were okay. I would not use them again in the future.

I got in touch with First Class Creations Inc Company via email. I got a preliminary estimate via email. They then came out and unlined our deal. I had estimates from three other companies. I felt that the person from First Class Creations Inc Company seemed to be more responsive and attentive to detail than the representatives from other companies. He was personable. I have decided to hire First Class Creations Inc Company and I would recommend them to others. I would consider using them again in the future.

He came on time and he was very professional. He did what he said he would do and he got back to me right away. It went all good and we had no issues with the company at all. I would recommend him.

The process went very well. They were recommended by some else and we also found them in the list. There was a communication problem on the timing, but that was the only thing that didn't work smoothly. Everything went well other than that.

Cory Sheldon was very prompt about coming to our home and finding out what we needed/wanted and measuring everything necessary. He was extremely approachable and faxed us many drawings of the medical cabinets so we all knew what was being done. He sent us one or two drawings of the bookcase, but we didn't decide on that. Another person (Wes?) built all the cabinets without realizing that we hadn't decided on the bookcase, so I kind of felt that I had to take the bookcase since it was already built and it really is stunning. Since a different person built and installed the cabinets (than the one who did the measuring/talking), there were these two problems with the medical cabinets: 1) One required specification was that the cart we use for to bring medical supplies into the bedroom, would have it's own cabinet that one could just wheel the cart into. Cory measured the cart, but the cabinet was too small and we'll have to buy a new cart, which is difficult, because the space is not a standard size (I've spent hours looking). 2) I hurried to get the paint on the walls before they installed the cabinets, but I really shouldn't have, because they scuffed the walls terribly in many places, they did a marginal job at fixing the walls, but they need more work, and of course, I'll need to buy more paint. We felt for the size of the price tag, everything should have been perfect. There were no problems with the bookcase, and First Class threw in the fireplace mantle for free for paying all at once, which was very nice. Everything they built is beautiful.

It went well. They were able to change the window trim to my specifications. They took a picture I had of a wall of shelves, and changed it to the specifications I needed for the room (a little more cabinet below than in the original picture). They built the cabinet to fit our violins. There was a lot of work to be done on site, fitting everything just right. Beautiful finish on the wood! Cory was very responsive to my vision of the project, and brought a competitive bid.

Both Wes and Cory are extremely nice guys and very easy to work with. The cabinets are beautiful and turned out even nicer than I imagined they would. I would not hesitate to hire them again. The actual price was higher than the original estimate but that is because we added a few things that were not in the original.

The quality was excellent, but there was kind of a snafoo in the design. They are a shop, not designers, and I did not realize that when I was doing it.

I first contacted First Class in 2006 to inquire about their work. I wasn't ready to have anything built at the time, but Cory kept in contact and held onto our plans until I was ready. When I was finally ready, I needed to have them build and install the cabinets in a short period of time, as it was going to be a surprise for my husband who had been out of town for some time. First Class was incredibly accommodating to my schedule, without compromising craftsmanship. The installation guys were efficient, clean, and the entire staff is very professional and personable. The end product is beautiful and I would definitely hire them again.
