Fantastic.
Description of Work: Main drain line and Jacuzzi tub lines were backed up, allowing water to build in basement. Roto Rooter came in and cut roots from main drain line (100 yr. house) and snaked the jacuzzi bathroom lines. Water drains much quicker now ad no back ups!

EXPENSIVE AND INFLEXIBLE.
Description of Work: ROTO-ROOTER PERFORMED A DRAIN CLEANING 6 MONTHS AND 4 DAYS AGO AND HAD A GUARANTEE OF 6 MONTHS ON THE WORK. THEY CHARGED A LOT AT THAT TIME AND THE PRICE WAS EVEN MORE THIS TIME. WE ASKED THEM TO LEAVE, AFTER THEY WERE NOT WILLING TO REACH AN AGREEMENT AND GIVE A SATISFACTORY PRICE. WE ENDED UP PAYING ONE-THIRD THE PRICE THROUGH ANOTHER PLUMBER, RECOMMENDED ON THIS LIST.

Description of Work: WE HAD A BACKED UP MAIN LINE IN OUR BASEMENT (FROM THE TOILET TO THE SHOWER AND THEN OUT TO THE STREET.) THE PLUMBING IN OUR HOUSE IS QUITE OLD AND UNIQUE. IN SPITE OF THESE CHALLENGES, THE TECH DID A FABULOUS JOB OF CLEANING OUT THE LINE. HE LEFT OUR BATHROOM CLEANER THAN IT WAS WHEN HE STARTED. HE ALSO EXPLAINED IN DETAIL EVERYTHING THAT HE DID AND WAS EXTREMELY POLITE AND COURTEOUS. NOT TO MENTION, HE ARRIVED WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD (EARLY IN FACT). I WOULD ABSOLUTELY USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
