Description of Work: We used Roto-Rooter We had a curb stop and curb stop box replaced (excavation performed) and ball valves installed on the inside water main lines. The company provided an accurate estimate and scheduled our job in a timely manner. The workmen were very professional and expeditious in their work which appears to have been done well - the curb stop passed inspection. They cleaned up well inside and outside however they did leave a mound of dirt over the excavation area that we are responsible for removing - this was not told to us prior to the work. Also, the workmen arrived 3 hours late due to a corporate meeting. The company did not inform us of this delay until 3o minutes after they were scheduled to start work. They did give us a 10% discount on the cost of the outside work because of this.
