Description of Work: They did not do a thorough job; sent a plumbing tech vs. a plumber so he was not equipped to help us. we ended up calling another company ST. Paul Pipeworks; that came out; did the job ( frankly took more time and were extremely thorough) and cost less money.

Description of Work: The plumber was professional enough but I really, really dislike Roto-Rooters policy of not providing even a broad estimate over the phone. We had an over-flowing drain and needed immediate attention. Roto-rooter came out and the price was really higher than competitors but he is already there and we had this over-flowing drain and felt backed into a corner.

Description of Work: I had a floor drain in my basement laundry room that was clogged. They came and snaked it out. Two weeks later I thought it still wasn't clear because I saw water in the drain. Turns out there should be. They came back out, evaluated the situation, gave me tips on how to prevent problems in the future. I would use them again.

Description of Work: They removed a regulator. The work itself took 15 minutes max and I got a bill for $269! There was nothing to do but follow instruction, so no fault-finding involved. Straightforward job, exorbitant price! Never again.
