ALL OF THE TECHNICIANS WERE EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY TREATED OUR HOME W/ RESPECT BY EITHER TAKING THEIR SHOES OFF AT THE DOOR OR PUTTING PROTECTIVE 'SLIPPERS' OVER THEM TO KEEP FROM TRACKING MUD AND DEBRIS THROUGH OUR HOUSE. Description of Work: HAD ONE TECHNICIAN COME OUT TO FIX A SHOWER LEAK AND POORLY-INSTALLED TOILET, AND A SECOND TECHNICIAN TO 'SNAKE' THE MAIN LINE AND THE DOWNSTAIRS DRAIN. WE SUBSEQUENTLY HAD A MINOR LEAK W/ THE SHOWER AGAIN. AS THE INITIAL WORK WAS GUARANTEED, WE HAD NO PROBLEM GETTING ANOTHER TECHNICIAN TO COME OUT RIGHT AWAY TO FIX IT.
