Timely and friendly service. Price is much higher than other companies, unfortunately this was my only option.

It was as good of an experience as I could have hoped for. Brian #936 was informative and helpful.

The technician was punctual and professional. Problem was explained and he addressed the issue immediately, discussing with me what the problem was and how he was going to correct it and how to prevent it in the future. Very knowledgeable about the service and product.

Very well, much better than we did. We spent too much money trying to clear it out ourselves and spent six days without use of our kitchen sinks, including Thanksgiving dinner with the family (eeks). Next time we will just call Roto-Rooter!

Great service. We're in Bloomington. The Roto-Rooter guy who unclogged our kitchen sink was Matt Elling. He really knows his stuff. Got us out of a jam, and it didn't cost an arm and a leg. I had repeatedly tried to play do-it-yourself plumber, but to no avail. Turns out, the clog was over 40 feet from our kitchen! We really needed professional help. And we got it. Couldn't be more pleased.

Scott was informative, competent, and efficient.

They first sent out someone to do a straight pipe clearing and he was not able to do it. They did not charge for this service. I made arrangements for someone to come back and do the more extensive work. They came in under estimate.

The company was extremely responsive and the professional sent out was courteous and competent. Adam located the problem quickly and was able to remove the items causing the problem. We are grateful for their quick response!

Brian arrived at my house within the time window that was provided to me. He explained the options and quoted a price to address the problem. He completed the work in a timely manner and was helpful in suggesting ways to prevent clogging problems in the future. The price was what was quoted. I would not hesitate to call them if I have a another problem.

I scheduled an appointment online for the next day. Roto-rooter confirmed my appointment within hours. They were able to accommodate my scheduling needs. Brian(#936) showed up and gave me an estimate of the work. When we agreed, he went right to work clearing the drain. He did a good job clearing the drain and not making a mess. I am happy with the service that I received.

Came on short notice over the weekend, which was nice. But misdiagnosed our problem, and recommended an invasive, very expensive solution that proved not to be necessary.

The technician explained the possible reasons for the clog and the options to clear it. It turned out to be a minor obstruction that could be cleared by snaking the drain. He was very pleasant and efficient.

The floor drain now drains after he snaked it. He explained all the potential issues that could occur but it turned out to be the least costly fix. He explained how to the drain becomes clogged and how to prevent future problems. He cleaned up the mess, too.

We called to ask for a price and they wouldn't give us one. They said it is no charge to come and look. I asked again and told them what we needed done, but they refused to give us a ball park on the price. They schedule a call, then they canceled and couldn't make it that day at all. When they did come out they wanted $275 to install a flush handle. We sent them away I can install a $7 part in 5-mins on my own. There are other vendors in Angieslist that will install an entire toilet for under $199 so we are a big confused on this outrageous price. We won't bother calling them again, I was very put off that they drug this out for several days and couldn't just give us the price over the phone...shabby practices in my opinion.

We have used them for years. They have done a good job. A little more expensive than probably other places, but they do a good job.

Came out twice to clear the line and worked hard to get it running. Each time after awhile the line backed up again. 3rd party came out and inspected with camera to find septic inspection pipe had sunken into line which RR did not identify.

Steve (tech #655) was very professional and friendly. After some troubleshooting, we determined it was the mainline and not the septic system. He cleared the line reasonably quickly and verified everything was working properly. The price was a little steep, but he took care of us on a Saturday and did quality work.

Very good, Brian was pleasant to work with and was quick and thorough in resolving the issue.

Service went well! Josh (#4348), our technician, was great. I especially appreciated that the office kept in touch with me so that I knew when he was running behind and when he was on the way. He was even great with our pets! Work was completed in a timely manner and the bathroom and hallways were left clean. The only issue was at the end, when we went to apply my $50.00 coupon to the bill. I was accidentally overcharged but expect the refund of $50 to go back on my card overnight. Josh was very upfront about it being an error and immediately called the office to get my $50 returned to me. Very ethical, professional, courteous.

They got to my house the next day, which was a Sunday (it wasn't an emergency). Since they had to cancel my Saturday afternoon appointment and had been to my house less than a month ago for a different issue, they gave me a nice discount. The gave me a four-hour window which I think somewhat long, but they always call about 1/2 hour before to let me know they're on the way. The technician for this call was the same person who was here last time, and his knowledge of the layout of my home was helpful. He was prompt and professional, quickly identified the issue (line hadn't been cleaned in far too long), cleaned the drain, and was on his way. I really appreciate that they make evening and weekend appointments at no extra charge, and their services are no more expensive than their competitors. I will definitely continue to use them.

The technician was very good. However the price ended up being excessive. They won't give you a price quote for the described work, but send a technician to do the estimate. When the tech arrived quoted $289.. After I told him this was quote was too much, he offered me a $50 discount. I accepted this and only after the work was done did I check Angie's List to find that there are several coupons for cleaning drains for less than $100. advertised in Angie's This, of course is my fault for not doing my research beforehand, but I will shop more carefully in the future.
