We hired Tim in August of 2015 to remove bats from our home and keep them out. He guaranteed we would not have bats for 2 years. He did the exclusions and the sealing up of potential entry points. Jump ahead to the next bat season this summer (2016), and we still have bats. We called Tim and he came back out and he double checked all the possible entry points and said he didn't know how they were getting in, but he also "re-sealed" potential possibilities. A few weeks later and we still have bats. I asked Tim that since he'd admitted to not knowing how they are getting in and that he had "sealed everything possible" (his words) that I would like a refund. Tim became vulgar and has refused to refund me my money. He claims he has two years to fix the problem. Which as we all know, is not how warranties work. I have pleaded with him to reconsider. I have 4 kids living here in this house infested with bats and I can't wait any longer. We have to hire a different company now and we are out the $750 we paid to Preffered Wildlife Solutions. Save yourself the money and headache and go with a different pest control company.

They came out the next day even though it was a Saturday and set traps. The critter was caught within a few hours so they came out again that day to pick him up.

We can't say enough good about this company! Tim was punctual, professional, polite, knowledgable, dependable, and trustworthy. More than one provider we had called talked down to us. Another company had one-size fits-all prices, sight unseen, depending on the number of stories of the house. We didn't trust that company. Judging by Tim's responsiveness, and his knowledge about bats, my husband and I thought,"Yeah, this is the guy." What I especially appreciated was how quickly Tim answered my email inquiries; something that not all contractors do.

He was very good. He was professional and knowledgeable. The customer service also was good.

The owner was Tim Ross. We couldn't locate the animal and he must have had a nose for it because he knew right where it was. It was dead and left a tremendous stench. He was an expert at it. He knew exactly where to go and what to do. He did identify how the flying squirrels got into the attic roof. He spent months trapping them. He's the best.
