+ -1 moreUnprofessional, unreliable, untrustworthy. Workers smoked, worked without shirts or shoes, used foul language and took frequent breaks. The owner did not fulfill job and continued to make promises and excuses. His phone then conveniently stopped accepting calls.

Description of Work: The provider took money from me to do work around the deck. They never did the work. They took the money and they have not responded back to any of my calls.
