Lindman Plumbing

My three year old dropped something in the toilet that impeded the water flow and made it nearly unusable. Lindeman came out, found that it couldn't be snaked out, pulled the toilet up, removed the obstruction, and put everything back. Everything back to normal. Work was well done at a decent price.

WAY TOO EXPENSIVE! Getting a little big for their britches. In order to get new customers they need to offer fair prices, and NO trip charges

I called Lindman Plumbing. He couldn't come out until 3-4 days later. I fixed the shower myself because he wouldn't search for a part and wanted to replace my whole shower and quoted me around $350. I called a hardware store, located the part for $16 and fixed it in about 1/2 hour! I did agree to let him look at the leaking pipe under the sink. He had installed a disposal for us under this same sink about a year ago so I thought It was important that he do the work relating to the subsequent leak. The leak was reportedly caused by vibration from the disposal that Gary installed a year prior. He blamed the leak on the builder of the home saying it wasn't plumbed correctly the first time. I asked him why he didn't fix it when he installed the disposal. He then implied that we use our disposal too much. He couldn't remember the work he had done for us previously. His fix for the leaking pipe was to put a drop of caulking on the screw that had cracked the pipe from the vibration of the disposal. He said he didn't know if that would work. I asked him to fix the problem not just put a dab of glue on it. His response was,"That's a lot of work!" I simply replied that he is the professional and I rely on him to tell me what should be done so the problem doesn't happen again and that I will pay him for his services. I then spent another 25 minutes, at work, listening to him argue with himself about what should be done. He decided to add another trap under the sink. It is not leaking right now but I have real doubts this job will hold up. I wish him the best but would never use him again due to his inability to do the job right the first time, indecisiveness, and wasting a lot of my time.

Overall, this went well. Since there is no access panel for the alcove tub, this was a difficult job requiring precision. I knew it required a professional. They got it done right with no leaks. Gary visited us early in the remodeling to advise me on construction of the deck for the tub. This was very helpful.

Vendor indicated he was available for same day service, vendor did not keep to time frame he committed to. Vendor performed satisfactory work, however did not disclose his policy of charging a 5% fee for credit card transactions at the time he told me he accepted credit card payment. Vendor was rude when I complained about having an unexpected fee added. Vendor also tracked wet dirt on my carpeting and floor. Overall very unprofessional. There are many choices of plumbers here. Do yourself a favor and pick someone else.

They were able to come the next day, arrived on time and did the work in about 30 minutes.

He was prompt, called when he was leaving the previous job to let me know when to expect him, which I appreciated. He replaced two parts that needed replacing and the job was done. He explained to me what needed to be done and explained it well. Was a little talkative after completing his work, but he was courteous. He cleaned everything up and left it in good shape. I appreciated the senior discount.

Super professional and a little more exspensive, but well worth the money. I would use them again in a heartbeat. I felt like nothing would break because they did so well.

They did a good job and I would use them again in the future.

Went very well. Gary Lindman resounded quickly, was friendly, the quality of work was good so I had him replace a needle valve on the water line to the furnace humidifier. Total bill was $ 250.00. Coincidently my son had a water line leak a few days later and I recommended Lindman. He did a good job there as well.

Gary and his son, Jeep, did a great job. They explained what they were doing as they went along and performed their work efficiently. They also did a good job of cleaning up after themselves.

They came out very quickly and did a good job. They charged a little bit more than the other company I called that wasn't readily available.

Fair pricing, high quality and great work.

Mr. Lindman was the first plumber I called that returned my call. He gave me a rough estimate over the phone of anywhere between $200-$360, but he continually told me that that was a rough estimate. He suggested that we first try to repair the old faucet and did explain that that would add to my expense if the faucet needed to be replaced. I do childcare in my home and he came at lunchtime and my water had to be turned off so that was inconvenient. He also spent a lot of time on the phone in his truck, looking for a replacement faucet, but then found one in his truck. The bill he gave me was not itemized so I don't know how much I paid for the faucet, how much for labor, how many hours they worked, etc...

Gary was able to locate what was wrong with the bathroom faucet, take apart the handle, identify the part that needed to be replaced, locate the replacement part and repair the faucet. Having the faucet fixed saved us from replacing 2 faucets in the bathroom. Gary also was very patient in working around my schedule - I had to reschedule with him a couple of times. I will use Lindman Plumbing again.

Gary and his son did a great job. Took care of the disposal, cleaned out the pipes/traps etc. They also detected a crack in my sink sprayer that was leaking so they replaced that as well after discussing it with me. My only complaint would be make sure you are prepared that Gary likes to chat it up and sometimes can get very long winded. When I called to have him stop out, he would go through all of his appts that week with me, rather than just tell me when he could be out. He could improve on just picking a time to be there, but because my job was not an emergency I think he had to prioritze (rightfully)others in front of mine causing some confusion and delay.

Gary Lindman was not able to come the day I called him. He said he could come the next day in the afternoon. Gary kept in touch with me and came when he said he could. Because of very close working conditions, it took him almost a hour to cut through the broken drain. Once that was accomplished, Gary was able to install a new elbow and fittings. Gary was patient and I thought he did a fine job.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH MY EXPERIENCE WITH LINDMAN PLUMBING. THEY CAME AN HOUR AFTER MY FIRST CALL AND WERE VERY PERSONABLE. GARY OFFERED TO EXPLAIN THE DISHWASHER PROBLEM TO THE SCHEDULER AT GE SO THAT THE REPAIR PERSON WOULD BRING THE NEEDED PARTS. HE ALSO CALLED THE FAUCET COMPANY TO EXPLAIN THE PROBLEM AND GOT THEM TO SEND FREE PARTS AS IT WAS ONLY 4 YEARS OLD. HE WAS EASY TO REACH AND SCHEDULE WITH ONCE THE PARTS ARRIVED. I WOULD DEFINITELY CALL LINDMAN PLUMBING AGAIN.

I WAS PLEASED WITH THE WORK AND WOULD USE LINDMAN PLUMBING AGAIN IF NEEDED. HE WAS VERY NEAT IN HIS WORK.

GARY IS NOT ONLY A GREAT PLUMBER BUT A REALLY SWELL GUY. HIS SON JEEP WHO HELPED OUT WAS VERY NICE TOO.

A VERY GOOD SUBCONTRACTOR WAS BROUGHT IN AND HE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB.
