They came out the next day and completed the job with in an hour.

Called Harrison Electric to have my bath exhaust fan replaced. When I called to make an appointment for service they explained they might be able to repair my non functioning fan. I was quite happy that they were able to replace the fan motor and I didn't have to go to the expense of having a new fan installed - saved a couple of hundred dollars and the electrician was able to repair the fan on the same .

I was appreciative of Mr. John Harrisson's customer service and his technician's knowledge base. I would definitely choose them again for electrical work.

Fast and friendly and did an additonal quick fix for no extra charge. Not cheap, but VERY good service

Kevin was on-time and called ahead. He seemed knowledgeable and was professional. He was straight-forward with his assessment and the costs. He performed the job as he said to my satisfaction and was diligent about reducing mess and cleaning up the mess that was unavoidable. I felt completely comfortable with this experience. He also informed me of future services I may be interested in, but was not at all pushy. I plan to call this company if I have future needs and would recommend to neighbors.

I set up an appointment 3 times, and 2 times the electrician did not show up. The electrician, Skip, was very nice and did good work. Skip, however, went ahead and did the work on the spot rather than giving me a free estimate, which is what I was expecting. When it came time to pay, Skip initially gave me the price of $289 for the repair, which I thought sounded a little high for 1.5 hours of work. He said that it included $59 just for showing up, and it should have been $89 because he came on a Saturday. I was able to get Skip to waive this fee because John never mentioned it to me on the phone. So, good work but poor communication.

Prompt cmpetitivly priced professional apperance. Would highly reccomend Harrison Electric.

The electrician they sent was very helpful and explained their pricing structure up-front. I liked that they had specific costs already established for most work that they would perform. The only thing I was a little disappointed in was I picked a particular exhaust fan, but they installed one from another company.

Everything about this job,from the first contact to the final inspection, went smoothly thanks to the great team at Harrison. Everyone was on time, courteous and professional, the quotation was highly detailed with exactly what was to be done, and what the guarantee/compensation would be if it wasn't done correctly. The job was done exactly as I was told it would be and there wasn't even any cleaning up to be done when it was finished. I have no hesitation in recommending Harrison Electric to anybody who wants a great job at a fair price.

right off the bat I liked joel he had a delay on the road getting here so he called me and said he be a little late. When he showed up with in five minutes he took care of my problem and know the basement has beautiful lighting THANKS JOEL GOOD JOB........
