Talked on Tuesday and they came out on Thursday on time. The man that came out was pleasant and very friendly, easy going. He was able to answer question and give advice for the future.

Exceptional work. They came and viewed our projects and then gave us an exact cost for the work. We agreed to the amount and he began work immediately. The work is top notch. The electrician was polite, professional and personable. He wore shoe protectors and cleaned up absolutely everything, including vacuuming his work area. They are the best.

This company proudly bills "by the job, not by the hour." When the serviceman arrived, he pulled out a book and told us what the charge would be for repairing two three-way switches. We were already in for the $69.95 service so felt we had to accept. We paid $368 for the job that took 40 minutes. Ask on the phone before hiring. The serviceman also attempted to sell us on a new circuit breaker board. That's okay but he slapped a sticker on our circuit breaker box, without asking, while I was upstairs. Now, I have to recall being ripped off every time I pass the box. If it is a standard job as this was, ask for an estimate on the phone. If you don't get it, don't hire.

Prompt and courteous as well as knowledgeable!

Technician to discuss my project needs,]. I was told my Project quote would be arriving the following week. I have been waiting over 3 for Quote, and I am still waiting. I have called 2 times and spoke with Owner, and a 3rd time to his Assistant and was promised a Quote was on its way. To date, I still have not received any Quote or Call back from Company.

Quick, professional and very courteous - we put in a request and got a call the same day and work completed the next day. John was extremely helpful and didn't do any over-the-top or unnecessary work - pricing is reasonable. Highly recommend.

They did the work the day after I spoke with them. Teir pricing was easy to understand and their work cost about 50% less than another electrical bid for the same work.

The guy was super nice

Didn't show on day of appointment without warning me ahead that they were going to get here the next day. I had to call to see why they didn't come. The charges were high and by the job not by the time which took only a few minutes to reverse the wires on the gfl. They took some money off for my inconvenience only after I asked and expressed my irritation.

He was very professional and explained every option.

We have a home built in 1920 and Harrison electric took care of all the updates we needed. They were professional and highly skilled and worked fast and clean!

I had three outlets installed and smoke/co detectors installed through the whole house. Cost exceeded my expectations but electricians are expensive. The work was great. And he stayed most of the day.
